Friday weigh in
Ok so I noticed we dont have a weekly weigh in here so I am gonna start posting on Fridays for us to weigh in and be accountable for our week. Are you all with me.
Starting weight- 264
Last week- 121
This week- 122
goal- learning how to maintenance now.. 4 weeks without loosing below 120 do I am happy with that.
up one pound this week but its that time of the month.

I'm sooooo sick of bouncing between 163 and 167 ... I exercise a lot and stick to less than 1500 calories a day. I want to lose more! It's been 3 months since I've been stuck at this weight. Ugh!

Weight lost: 140 pounds
Okay, here goes:
Starting weight 7/19/06: 299
Current weight 8/31/07: 140 - no change from last week. I'm maintaining now. Of course, I would like to lose another pound or 2 just to say I'm in the 130's - LOL!! But if I never lose another pound, I can't complain. I hit goal at 11 months and never want to go back!!
