Gina..  I work in a  Deli I  do all  the  sanwiches and party   trays .... and  alot  of  the  tray  orders  are  picked  up  at  6-7 am  as  people go  to  work  ,,  so  in order  to  meet  the  time  dead  lines  I  have  to  be  there  by  3 am .. Around  the  holidays  in order  to  fill orders  I  have  go in  at  midnight  and  worked  till  3  pm  to  fill  all  the  orders ....  I  love  my  job  ....

So you must be going to bed around the time we're getting of work?  LOL I can see that getting off at noon would be nice. Plus, at 3 am you probably don't have a lot of "distractions", huh?  I could get a LOT  of work done if it weren't for the "distractions".  Actually, I think my Job IS "the distractions"!!!

Hi Tami, good for you already. I've taken all my vitamins and I've had about 79 ounces of fluid already today. No exercise yet as I'm at work (except for the constant running to the copier - LOL!!)

Heather  nice  to  see ya  posting !!!  Look  at  the  positive  your  drinking ...  The  exercise  will   happen  sooner  or  later  ...  And  yes  those  sets  to  the  copier   do  count !!!!    Have  a g reat   Holiday  weekend!! Tami

I just realized that I had responded to several posts, but not posted myself!!  That is sooooooooo unlike me to get the cart before the horse!! (NOT)  LOL Anyway, I arrived at work on time and resisted the urge to stop by  Starbucks or the local convenience store for  Mocha. I do like that stuff, but there are NO telling how much sugar and how many calories are in them!! I have "hiked" across campus about 3 times now, each time taking the steps as much as possible and walking the "long" way around each time. During lunch I went WAY across campus (on foot) to get a new parking sticker for Fall. It was a little farther than I remembered it being, but I made it over there and back within 30 minutes so that is not bad. I had a healthy breakfast and lunch and a healthy snack in between. I've not given in to the M&M urge today so far!!! I'll go to the local auction tonite, but I won't eat anything. I'll probably have a shake before I go, and MAY take a power bar with me just in case I get too hungry. Hope EVERYONE has a super weekend. See you all Tuesday!! Piggy

Girl  those  M&M  do  not  have  your  name on them ..  Dont  eat  them  they  do  not  belong  to  you ...   Go   throw  them out  the  window  let  the   people below  think  it is  raining  M&M's ..LOL

50 minutes cardio this morning 70 ozs water in all vits in when to pilates class so far so good with eating

Good  afternoon  Donna  .  Your  doing  great  today !!!  Keep  up the  great  job!!  And  have a  blessed   weekend! So  far  I  haven't  exercised  ...
