well it depends.. how do they taste. I'm sure they taste good.. I use a different recipe which give a few less calories than your and 11 protein, but a lot of the amounts depend on the protein u use.. I eat them all the time and just love them. I use chocolate protein powder with peanut butter so its like eating a peanut butter cup.

enjoy

I am scared to make these. They sound like they would be toooooo good and I would want to eat the whole batch at one sitting!!! But, I guess that would be better than eating an entire bag of Peanut  M&M's!!!         Hugs,   Piggy

Piggy: I made a batch of protein balls with oatmeal instead of special k cereal.  The recipe I found used quick rolled oats (not instant.)    They are very good, but real filling.  I can only eat 1 or 2 at a time.  I could see that a person would have to be careful though,   we could probably consume a bunch over the course of a day.  I made mine with chocolate protein, so as an earlier poster said, they're kind of like Reese's !  They're a quick healthy treat!   DeeAnn

I would not be able to use Special K because of the gluten. But, I could probably get by with oats... Oats are "questionable" as far as gluten goes  because of the cross-contamination possibilities, but I sometimes eat them anyway and they don't seem to bother me. Like I said I guess that would probably be better than candy!!

Thanks for the ideas DeeAnn. I'm going to just make 1/2 a batch this weekend. That way, if I like them toooooo much I won't do too much damage!! I cannot buy the  Power Bars anymore because I eat them waaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyy too frequently!! They are much healthier than Snickers, but they still have 210 calories each and if not careful I could eat 3 or more per day! That is NOT good!!! So I will just have to not buy any more of those!!!! Hugs,   Piggy
