Hi there Carla!  Did you get a new hairstyle?  I'm trying to grow mine out but it's breaking off at the ends so I'm trying to not mistreat it for awhile and then get a nice new cut!

Here's my day for yesterday:

B-- 3/4 cup Special K Protein Plus cereal with 15 raisins and skim milk

S-- string cheese

L-- chicken thigh with BBQ sauce, salad with light dressing

S-- 2 protein balls

D-- lasagna made with ground turkey and whole wheat noodles, slice of zucchini bread

S after gym-- banana with peanut butter, chocolate chip cookie Calories:  1322        Carbs:  143      Protein:  68

Exercise:

I went to the gym for a Spin class and I dragged through the whole class.  I'm not sure why but I just had NO energy!  Ugh! Deanna  :)

No... not a new style took me forever to find someone who could do the style I wanted... lol... got some color though to hide those nasty gray hairs... dont you hate that...lol...

Looks like a good calorie day but the protein was a little low.. dont know why you had no energy. keep and eye on it and if it dont get better, see the doc.. but of course you know that...

I noticed in your pics youve been growing it out.. I hate that ackward not quite there look so I never get past it..hehehe.. i wack the stuff off.

You were probably just worn out from all the stuff you've been doing. Your calories were GREAT and I don't even think that your carbs were too far out!! Hope you're enjoying your "new do". Wish we could all see it!!! Hugs,   Piggy

Hey Carla, you didn't do bad with those carbs, 98 is below what I have read is average required amount.
Have you checked out the diet and nutrition board yet? I noticed some questions have gotten replies from registered dieticians.

yes a good day again.. the carb thing... i still learning it. been dieting so long I am not sure how to eat normal.. itsnt that so funny. but in truth as being mo most of my life I have either dieted or ate out of control.. learning the mantenance thing is another story in itself. I am still afraid of those carbs.

You alway so so well... right on top of the ship smooth sailing all the way. be prepared and you will be fine.. have a good one and dont forget to take a breath for yourself tomorrow.
