hi! b...protein drink s..protein bar. lunch..3 oz chicken, spinach. s..lays potatoe chips and a protein drink.and chocolate. d.. beef stew and 1/2 biscuit. did take all my vitamins. cal. 1020 carb. 50 fat 30 protein 134. drunk alot of water./protein have a Blessed day

love your protein totals.. even with those nasty chips sneaking in you did well. You are a lot like me and get your nurishment from suppliments.. I am trying to learn to eat food to get mine now.. its a challenge but well worht it. are you still trying to loose, maintian. your calories totals looks like ur still trying to loss.. they do seem a little low.

i am trying to lose like 5 pounds i was 157 in december i had a doctors appointment last week and am up to 164 i want to maintain it at 160pounds....i am to blame a couple of months ago i was not eat enough cals but getting it from drinking magaritas, alot of them, and i tell u i was always tired and sleepy pretty much the whole week @ day, felt horrible, but i broke that habit and thanks to ya'll support am back on tractk and planning on staying for a while, my exercise has also kinda slipped away but am moving now. Thank you.

Welcome back to "the track". Alcohol can be a REALLY scary,  serious  thing. I'm not going to lecture you, but just be aware that replacing a food addiction with an alcohol addiction is not really an uncommon problem after WLS. So proud of you for breaking the habit!!!  Hugs,   Piggy

I am so happy to hear you got that under control. It can really be a slippery slope. Know that we are here for you anytime.. you can lean on use, vent to us.. what ever you need hun.... bless you and be good to yourself.. you deserve it.

went to wendy's with some friends after our midterm last night and was sooooooo tempted to get a burger... then i realized i did so good today why ruin it, so ig ot another chili =) couldn't fini**** tho... b: 1 hard boiled egg and a 100 calorie snack pack chocolate cake with creme filing s: safeway brand protein drink 170 calories 12 carbs (4 fiber and 6 sugar alcohols) 2 net carbs and 20 grams protein l:  lrg chili from wendy's  350 calories 27 carbs 25 protein s: 100 calorie snack pack wafer bars 100 calories 5 fat 12 carb 1 protein s: pop corn (yeah i know, not upossed to eat it) better than a bag of chips the whole bag is only about 2 oz and 135 calories total, shared w/ another wls friend at school d: 1/2 a small chili from wendy's and about 6 french fries from my friends tray... =) 160 calories 19 carbs 5 fat 10 protein 1040 calories 97 carbs 41 fat 65 protein

good job avoiding that temptation.. yOu did well yesterday.. even a little low.. might want to get a few more cals in you each day and up that protein a bit..

yeah, it felt good to say no to a tempting juicy warm cheesy burger... =( it was worth it, i feel really good. thx, for everyone's support, i couldn't do it without you guys... i will get to 200, damn it! =) SMILE GINA
