Accountability.. what did you eat Wednesday
love your protein totals.. even with those nasty chips sneaking in you did well. You are a lot like me and get your nurishment from suppliments.. I am trying to learn to eat food to get mine now.. its a challenge but well worht it. are you still trying to loose, maintian. your calories totals looks like ur still trying to loss.. they do seem a little low.

i am trying to lose like 5 pounds i was 157 in december i had a doctors appointment last week and am up to 164 i want to maintain it at 160pounds....i am to blame a couple of months ago i was not eat enough cals but getting it from drinking magaritas, alot of them, and i tell u i was always tired and sleepy pretty much the whole week @ day, felt horrible, but i broke that habit and thanks to ya'll support am back on tractk and planning on staying for a while, my exercise has also kinda slipped away but am moving now.

went to wendy's with some friends after our midterm last night and was sooooooo tempted to get a burger... then i realized i did so good today why ruin it, so ig ot another chili =) couldn't fini**** tho...

s: pop corn (yeah i know, not upossed to eat it) better than a bag of chips the whole bag is only about 2 oz and 135 calories total, shared w/ another wls friend at school
d: 1/2 a small chili from wendy's and about 6 french fries from my friends tray... =) 160 calories 19 carbs 5 fat 10 protein
