Accountability.. what did you eat Wednesday
Opps.. laid down last night and that was it for me... woke up this morning.. had a busy day. got my hair done.. lots of stuff going on.. and I started feeling shaky last night so I ate some pretzels and than fell asleep.. so I am posting this morning instead of my usual at night time. so here it goes..
B- protein drink oatmeal
S- protein bar
L- chicken and roast beef lunchmeat
S-
D- chicken fried steak, mashed potatos, and green beans
S- ice cream and pretzels.
totals calories.....1,262, carbs... 98, fat.... 38, protein... 111
carbs were high but the rest was good. darn those pretzels...
didnt drink enough either.. just to busy
I'll have a better day today....

Ok, so did I tell ya'll that dh is now working from home? YUP, he's here 24/7 and lets just say it's been a week of "adjusting". lol
Yesterday was so so so totally screwed up I can't even bring myself to post it here.
I only ate three times and didn't over eat but what I ate wasn't good. And drink - ugh, after the concert I downed a 20 oz bottle of water in about 10 minutes (fast for me).... that put me at about 45 oz yesterday.
Today is only looking better because there's nothing here at home for me to eat!!!!

Yes - I knew yesterday was going to be tough. The good part though, my scales were the same today. YIPPIE!!! And I'm not all bloated feeling, like I thought I would be.
Today is much better... low in calories, but low in fat and carbs too!!!
Drinking like crazy trying to catch up! Thank God for ice tea!!!!
No, I don't remember you telling us that!! Bless your heart!! That can be quite a big adjustment for BOTH of you!!! Sorry yesterday was a bad day, but thank God that His mercies are new EVERY morning and GREAT is His faithfulness!!! Start over today a make it the best you possibly can. So glad there is "nothing" in the house. I can SO relate to that statement!!! LOL

Oh man, it's what we've wanted for many years now. for him to work at home!!! But the adjustment is BIG!!! Can you imagine - he has no where to hid when PMS comes around! ROFL
Just realized that today really is my Friday cuz the kids are home tomorrow and we have a four day weekend!!
