Accountability.. what did you eat Tuesday

Did really good yesterday until I went to the grocery store after work. Started "grazing" on the chocolate covered peanuts. You know, the kind that are just "loose" in the bins? Then I bought some muscadines and ate too many of those, and THEN, I stayed up a little later than normal and ate dry-roasted peanuts! I even "sat down" with the jar instead of just getting a handful at the time. Yes, I know better...  I refuse to let that "one episode" ruin my whole week though. Pre-WLS, I would have just said Oh Well and eaten everything in site until the following Monday. I thought that I could ONLY start a "diet" on Monday!! I'm back on track today though and will have protein shakes for today.  It is nice to be able to "admit" my setbacks and get immediately back on track!! Thanks for the accountability thread.    Hugs,    Piggy

Wow.  After reading through all of these posts I wonder if I'm the only person eating junk food or I'm just the only one admitting it?    Maybe the other cheaters like me are afraid to post. LOL  The protein balls sound good, I might have to make some! Its my 2 year anniversary. Highest Weight 340 Weight at Surgery 307 Current Weight 139 Best of Luck to Everyone! Shadoe

Yes.. i know it is a habit.. i am planning on breaking.. i dont know why i keep eating it. I always get terrible gas and sometimes if i eat one bite to much it makes me sick.. i really need to get a handle on it.. on the other hand it helps me go potty so I am not sure what to do.. I didnt eat any for a week and couldnt go. oh well.. double edged sword..

You did have a great day. I am gonna investigate the muffin thing.. they sound so yummy. keep up the good work and I will see you tomorrow.
