Accountability.. what did you eat Tuesday

Much better day yesterday!  B-1 egg  and 1 oz cheddar cheese S- protein shake L- 1/2 c cottage cheese and 1 oz tortilla chips D- 2 oz tuna 6 brussels sprouts s-  1/2 c sf ff ice cream in a tiny cone Totals: 1100 cal  73 carbs   48 g fat  96 g protein and about 80 oz water--doin better with that! So, it was a good day yesterday and Im back down the two pounds I had gained,,water from sodium Im sure. Today Im gonna try to get some more exercise in,,,good ole Richard Simmons and the Oldies I think, and a longer walk. Inches are comin off,,pleased with that. (Since I seem to be craving that zuchinni bread,,I found a sugar free fat free recipe on the web! Im excited! Gonna try it. Its only 68 calories a slice! Im gonna bake some this weekend, Ill let ya 'lll know how it is!) Have a great day! See ya'll lighter! LOL Blessings Betsy

Yeah.... excellent job...the inches are always great when they start going... wow... pass that recipe along.. i got a ton of zuchinni from my garden I need to use up..

yesterday was an ok day for me, still felt like a cow.... =) b: safeway brand protein drink 170 calories 12 carbs (4 fiber and 6 sugar alcohols) 2 net carbs and 20 grams protein l: 1/2 turkey and swiss cheese sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes on whole wheat s: doritos chips .99 cent bag(i think that time of the month is coming) 390 calories 41carbs 5 protein s: other half of my 1/2 turkey and swiss cheese sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes on whole wheat, i didn't eat the bread. s: 1 hard boiled egg d: study group at denny's, i ate 3 mozzerella cheese sticks and 6-7 onion rings (yeah, i know fried food), but it was good... =) 1353 calories 107 carbs 70 fat 67 protein

ouch... maybe a cheap bag of chips but the caloires really cost you not to mention the carbs. the rest of you day was good. a little more protein would be good.. keep up the good work..

yesh i know... i really shouldn't touch those, but... i have no excuse other than they were calling my name... =() but i do realize that it costed me on the carb side. if i didn't eat them i would have had a perfect day... shoulda had a damn protein drink... gina

sorry to hear you're not feeling well.. YES YOU WERE LOW LOW LOW.. try and drink a protein shake or somehting to keep it up a little. take it easy and I hope you start feeling better real soon.

Trying to get back on track after vacation is hard!!! B-reduced calorie wheat toast, 2 egg whites, canadian bacon S-Nectar protein L-Salad with 2 oz salmon and 1/4 c. red fat cheddar, 2 T. Light balsamic dsg S-small square german choc cake S-Fage yogurt and fresh raspberries D-1 oz kettle chips, 1/2 roast beef wrap on wheat tortilla TOTALS:  Cals - 1154   Fat - 40   Carbs - 98   Protein - 102
