Accountability.. what did you eat Tuesday
Hey all.. what a day i had.. i felt like a chicken with my head cut off.. wait.. how does a chicken feel with its head cut off. oh well, a question for another day..
Three appointments.. the cable guy shows up at my house so I run home for that.. than my son has a football scrimage.. homework... oh my.. what a day.. gotta love taco tuesdays at del taco.. fed the whole lot for 8 dollars.. hehehehehehehe.. not me.. i ate something else.
so its a good thing I plan my days especially days like this.. think i did ok.. here we go.
B- protein shake
S- protein ball
L- chicken meat.. yes out of the can...lol.. hey at least it was cold from my igloo...
S- 2 protein balls.
D- salad with chicken.
S- can you guess... ice cream..lol
totals..
calories.....1,112, carbs..... 67, fat..... 36, protein.... 129
whoo hoo... could of used a few more calories but i didnt want the fruit or have the time for the fruit should i say.. it was in there..
drank a ton.. hot out here and I was very thristy...

Hi Jcurry. protein balls are made from protein powder, oatmeal, peanut butter and some splenda. they are pretty good and a quick on the go way to get some more protein in.
one cup of protein powder
One cup of oatmeal (not instant)
One cup of peanut butter... put in microwave for 45 to 1 minutes to soften
5 teaspoons or to taste of splenda
Mix it all together.. you may need to add water to make it moist enough.
makes approxiamateily 24 balls. refridgerate after making...
break down.

You know its not a good day when you don't remember what you ate yesterday. LOl
I was so on the go I didnt log yesterday at all so no totals.
B - oatmeal
s - protein drink
l - 1/2 cup soup 1/2 turkey club
s - ?? I know I had something though
d - 1/2 turkey club and a brownie (UGH, why couldn't I have forgotten THAT)
s - popcorn
I know not enough protein, carbs will be high cuz of bread from club, but that's OK... I made the best choices with what I had with the exception of the brownie!!!
It was one of "those" days and I thought I'd better just satisfy the crave and get it over with. I did, it's gone and life goes on!!!
I'm sailing in a better direction today! Oh shucks - that's probably going to turn out to be a lie.
Today is my 20th wedding anniversary
and we're taking the kids to a free concert tonight, but we have to get there early to get a good seat
which means we'll probably be dinning at the golden arches tonight.
Well - I guess I'd better plan my day today real careful then!!!
