You could be a model. You look wonderful. I had a wardrobe malfunction this morning. I put on a sheath dress for the very first time in my life, because my butt has always been too big to wear them (the straight dresses with a fitted waist and walking vent). I was admiring myself in the mirror, thinking, damn you look good, you pretty thing, then I sat down to rub some lotion on my feet and heard a rip. I looked in the mirror, thinking it was just the lining that had ripped, but it was the walking vent. And there was all that stuff (cellulite, I guess, or loose skin), just exposed. I'm so glad it ripped before I got to work. I've been going back and forth about PS. I could use it, but don't know if I'll go through with it.

Thanks for the compliment Wanda, but I checked out your profile and you have me beat 'hands down' girl!  Your measurements are two inches less than mine in all 3 places but we're built the same.  I cannot wear tank tops at all because of the HUGE amount of skin on my arms and forget about wearing anything above the knee - I would run everyone off!  You look so great and you are my age and you don't have wrinkles!  I'm sooooo jealous!  What kind of skin care program are you on?  My poor face has so many wrinkles since the weight loss and it really makes me sad.  I can't wait until you post pics too!  You're awesome!

You look AMAZING!!  I have been on the fence about ps, but when I see results like yours it really makes me think it is in my future.  I haven't had children yet, so I will wait until after I have a family to do any ps.  Were you at your "goal weight" when you had your TT?  I had a friend that wasn't at goal weight and now needs a revision on her TT becasue she has "dog ears", I was just wondering if that was due to her weight (pre TT) or god forbid surgical error.  She was still about 20pounds from an normal BMI. Of course, I have to comment on the "black boy shorts", YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!!  I almost peed my pants when I read that post!  I cannot believe how some people take things, clearly, in the pictures you are wearing black boy shorts.  I love boy shorts, black, white, red, yellow, I love them all! LOL sorry, I don't mean to be so cheeky (LOL get it cheeky, boy shorts from behind..I crack myself up!)  I am such a dork!

Erin you are a HOOT!  I love your sense of humor and girl you are absolutely stunning in your avatar!  I love your hair and your eyes!  As far as the goal weight, I'm ashamed to say that my lowest is 155 and my goal was 140 so I never made it.  I was at 155 at the TT time and the skin is a little bit saggy at the bottom but not much.  As far as dog ears, I think it has to do more with the surgeons techniques than any weight loss or gain.  I didn't have them but I was afraid of them because I've seen pics!  I wouldn't get any PS until you've had kids because it RUINS your stomach and hips!  I had a boy that weighed 8'2 and twin girls that weighed 6 pounds each (one was stillborn) and that was 18 years ago.  You can see how badly the stretch marks are from the twins!  If you don't wait until you have had kids or at your goal, you MIGHT have to have a revision later on down the line.  My PS won't do any surgery until you are pleased with where you are weight wise and will inform you of the change if you gain or lose afterward.  Hope this helps!  You're just precious!  MUAH!

Robin, I'm sorry to hear about losing one of your twins. :( I work in obstetrics and any loss is just devastating -- to the family and to us as well. I also wanted to say that I agree wholeheartedly about waiting until you have kids for a TT. It does totally ruin your body and I'd hate to pay for a TT only to have to have it redone. Yipes! Did you have an anchor incision? Is that why the vertical incision? How did that work for you? I am looking at that, since my RNY was done open and I have a nasty ventral hernia as well as an ugly, widened scar. I'm worried about the vertical scar but yours looks great!

Vickie, I didn't have an anchor TT, but I did have Open RNY PLUS I had emergency surgery last year for a bowel obstruction, so the surgeon just ripped me open and that is the scar that was left.  Sad huh?

No, it's not bad at ALL! I was thinking that if that was the scar from an anchor TT that it's actually very minimal. And woman, you have abs for DAYS! You must do lots of crunches to have such well defined stomach muscles. You look amazing!
