Accountability... what did you eat Monday...
Yesterday was a hungry day for me,,,,,,here goes,,
B- Raisin bran cereal and 1/2 c ff milk
S- slice zuchinni bread (fiber???)
L-1 c chili w 6 sm crackers
S-popcorn, about 3-4 cups microwave
D- 1 oz baked fish and 1 oz cheddar cheese
Totals: Cal 1297, 55 g fat, 162 carbs (ouch) 52 g protein (not good!)
That was yesterday, and lots of water too,,and today Im up 2 pounds,,go figure!!(salt in thepopcorn and crackers?)
But Im doing better today!!

Well, today went a little better, but I should have avoided the chocolate, didn't really need that. Would have done better to have some pure protien.

I always look forward to your post.. you are so complete and those muffins amaze me..lol... well yeah.. the chocolates.. maybe notso good.. mucho calories.. little pluses there. the rest was very good... wait do I see two muffins here... you still did great.. how do you eat those muffins and keep the carbs so low.. i want the secret.. maybe you could add some protein to them so you can get more. everything else looks fantastic..
