Good morning, Carla! Here's my day for Monday: B-- 3/4 cup Special K Protein Plus cereal with 15 raisins and skim milk, string cheese S-- Danon Light & Fit yogurt with 1/4 c. low fat granola L-- 1/2 ham and cheese sandwich on whole wheat, 1/2 serving Sun Chips, 1 nectarine S-- 2 protein balls D-- 1 homemade taco with ground turkey, cheese, low fat sour cream, couple bites of Spanish Rice S-- banana with peanut butter Calories:  1407     Carbs:   149         Protein:  85 Exercise: I finally got back to the gym after my vacation and did a Kick-boxing class followed by 30 minutes of lower body strength training.   Deanna  :)

yesterday seemed to be a high cal and carb day, i ate ALOT!!! b: scrambled egg with a lil gravy.. hospital food s: 4 oz strawberry yogurt and sprinkled with granola 156 calories 31 carbs 5 protein s: 2 hard boiled eggs 155 calories 1 carb 13 protein l: 2 grilled honey mustard snack wraps from mcdonalds 520 calories 52 carbs 36 protein s: grandma's homestyle peanut butter cookies  370 calories 45 carbs 7protein d: lrg chili from wendy's  350 calories 27 carbs 25 protein 1501 calories 156 carbs 87 protein

Little higher than you normally do thats for sure. I have hungry days like that where I feel like I ate all day. The carbs got you today but it was still not to bad of day. keep up the good work... dont u just love chili from wendy's.... see you tomorrow.

i luv the chili it's filling, good protein, and no so bad on the carb side. oh yeah and it's CHEAP! lol oh and i like it so much i bought one for lunch today... =)

Thanks soooooo much for reminding me of Wendy's chili. I completely forget about it. We have a Wendy's in town, too (not too many fast food places in Ruston). I'll have to try that soon!! Hugs,   Piggy

seems like you had a low day of eating too.. I am eating like a pig today..lol.. guess I am making up for the past couple of days.. oh well.. keep up the good work.. ur doing great. It kills me when mine goes down.. i swear i couldnt live without my pc... hehehehe.. i have two going all the time at work and one at home.. dedicated just for my needs.. that that is way to sad dont u think

I agree...I am so much more normal on work days...that's the only good thing about being at work...can't seem to keep track or post on the weekends!   B:  South Beach Cereal Bar S:  Edamame L:  1/2 lunch order of Orange Chicken / Fried rice S: South Beach snack bar / fat free Active yogurt D: Salad w/chicken, beans, tomato w/ff dijon dressing  (1 cup) S: Soy crisps  (2 oz)...yummy Totals:  Calories: 1285         carbs:  157  (high)   Fat:  42      Protein:  79 Worked out for an hour with a trainer.
