Accountability... what did you eat Monday...
Well its back to work and with that a more normal plan as far as eating for me. well almost normal.. went to lunch with co workers but stayed the course pretty well.. here we go..
B- protein drink and oatmeal
S- protein bar
L- lunch salad at applebees with shrimp and spinach
S- protein balls 2
D- tilapia, asparagus and 3 bites of a potato.
S- ice cream with nuts in it.
totals... calories.....1,043, carbs..... 69, fat.... 43, protein..... 100

Hello... Well I had a bad eating day today, just couldn't seem to get full... here is the dirt... B- Almonds (1oz) and a Protein Bar S- Peanuts (1oz) L- 3" of a Turkey Subway Sandwich (I only ate the insides, no bread) S- Peanuts (1oz) - yeah, I'm on a nut kick right now... hence the fat... ugh! D- Chicken (1 cup) with section of light Laughing Cow Cheese S- Hard Boiled Egg and a 100 calorie pac of Keebler Cookies I told you it was bad... 1639 Calories/89 Grams of FAT/95 Carbs/126 Protein I aim to do better tomorrow! Darn those nuts... they will get you everytime. I love nuts but I know a handful is not enough and man those calories add up so fast and the fat... ouch.. I fee you pain. well today is a new day and you have control of that ship. grab the bull and take it by the horns... you will suceed.. see ya tomorrow.
I did pretty good, my calories still aren't high enough, but they are a little higher than normal for me:

D: Sliced chicken w/ LF cheese - 17g protein
Total: 806 calories, 106g protein, 23 fat and 40 carb

Oh how I wish that "getting my calories up" was my problem!!!
Still sort of in the "grazing" mode... Gotta quit carrying those Power Bars with me. I bought a BUNCH of them off of E-bay and told myself that I would carry them for "emergencies". Well...
I should have known better!!! I'm also on a "nut kick". Just can't seem to get enough.
Oh well. Maybe today will be better. I don't have any Power Bars with me today!!!

Drinking is down I'm noticing a lack of going to the bathroom all day long. Don't know what happened but I need to get that back up again.
