Accountability.. what did you eat Sunday

Hey all.... had a crazy busy day with all the relatives over for a BBQ today.. but thats not the main point to my day I tell you..

I AM DYING HERE....

I have finally started that long awaited (3 month) menstrual cycle.... yes thats right... CRAMPS... BLOATING... EEK'

Now lets discuss the day in food.. Not good at all. I tend to loose weight during this time cause I dont want to eat.. you will see the trend why... ready

B- cantalope

S- protein bar

S- chicken with salad

L- Turkey burger

D- (why did I try) piece of chicken and roastbeef lunch meat

S- Ice cream :gas:

So I feel like I weigh 264 pounds again between the bloat from the menses and bloat from the gas... save me.... my ship is taking on water.....

Totals.. if it all stayed down...lol...

Calories...983, carbs... 77, fat.... 39, protein... 88

did drink a lot of water today as it was hot outside... now I am gonna go lay down and hope tomorrow is a better day.. see ya than.

I'm sorry you didn't feel well and hope tomorrow is a better day!  I'm soooo glad I don't have to deal with that any more!!!   Ok, here is my last 24 hours, lets see how I did... ugh! B= 1 Egg, Scrambled with 2oz diced ham and 1oz cheddar cheese

S= Protein Bar

L= 4oz Chicken and 1/4 c. Peas

S= Low Fat Laughing Cow Cheese and SF Chocolate Pudding

D= Beef stir fry with Broccoli, Carrots, Peppers and Onions

S= 1/2 **** Cream (no sugar added) and 5 small pretzels

I soooo can feel for you!!!! I woke up last week and was so bloated my loose rings were too tight on me and the scale put me up 6 POUNDS!!!! OMGSH - I about freaked until I double checked the calender and saw what was just a few days away. LOL  I tend to eat more during that time I think as a way to lesson the horrible cramping that I get. i don't like to take meds so I try to find other ways.  Sunday was busy, busy for us but I did all right. Carbs - those darn things. It's a dang good thing I NEVER tried any of them before getting to goal or I never would have!!!!!  b - oatmeal s - protein drink l - 1/2 turkey sandwich and a cup of potato soup d - 1/2 monte cristo sandwich and a handful of fries Calories: 1143 Fat: 45 Carbs: 107 Protein: 70 So what lesson did I learn from this weekend?  1. I AM the only one who puts food in my mouth, so don't blame others - just say NO to them.  2. Must cut down on carbs!! I've got four days worth of oatmeal left and I'm NOT buying anymore.  3. Need two healthy snacks put into my diet again!!! That will help up the protein Have an awesome day everyone.

I love your goals.. great job. I know I need to set some goals for myself as well. You had a good day when you look at the totals.. those carbs are something... thats what worries me as well.. i dont eat them now but I am trying to add more to my diet.. than I will be affraid it will be too much. You are doing great so remember all the good you have done instead. take care and I will see you tommorrow.

Hey! Im still here!! I know I missed a day or two, but Im back! Had a busy crazy dayyesterday too,,but lets see,,what did I eat... B -  slice of zuchini bread () L - 1 cup homemade chili S - 3 olives D - slice of ham Didnt do too well yesterday,,,drank water tho! Didnt feel the best, plus I was babysitting,,sigh,,,tomorrow is another day! Blessings Betsy

wow.... that was a very low day. When I get real busy I do the same kind of thing... funny how we used to eat more on stressful busy days.. at least I did.. i would rationalize I desired it for do so much all day. I have to plan my meals or somedays I would be lucky ate a bite of food. have you tried that.. maybe it would help.. i swear i am gonna set a timer on my watch one day to remind me cause I still forget to eat even with the food in the ice chest next to me.
