My day yesterday wa****miss....my sugar is really dropping and not regulated at all...so I'm working on that.  I'm starting back to Weigh****chers, so my formatting will probably look different now and I'll be guessing as far as protein levels....How was everyone's Saturday? did you do anything fun?  I'm trying something different for breakfast....Quaker Simple Harvest multigrain cereal...The apples/cinnamon is pretty good....Have a great Sunday! Woo hoo.. went dancing last night.. got in late sorry for not getting the post in.. so here I am.. not awake but with kids you still gotta get up.. had a great time too..

B- eggs with cheese and a couple bites of kelbsa

S- protein bar

L- chicken and beef fajitas

D- baked zitte without the pasta.

S- ice cream with protein

totals... calories...1,151, Carbs... 44, fat.... 58, protein.... 119

drank a ton of water today... busy all day than all night.. I dont drink so I drank even more water at the night club.. had a great time.

Ok, so I'm not diggin' the whole Weigh****chers thing, I got used to fitday.com....I think I prefer it....I like how I can SEE my calories and such much better than the points(not that there's anything wrong with that)....All my chickies will be in school tomorrow!!! OMG, I'm gonna soooooooooooooo enjoy the first few days of peace and quiet!!!! LOL Dede

Truthfully I dont understand that point thing at all. I am so use to sparkpeople that I dont think I would even want to change. Two of mine are in year round and go back tomorrow. I still have two out till next week.. one to day care the other stays home..I will soon be with you and I cant wait.

OK, so I ended up having a pretty sucky birthday as far as food goes. I went WAY too long and didn't eat lunch. Then went for an early dinner and birthday cake. Then when dh found out how many cals I had he insisted on getting me something else to eat too.  B - oatmeal (8am)  Carbs! wasnt going to do oatmeal, but my son made it for me for my birthday so I had to have it l - stawberry-chicken salad and 1/2 whole grain roll (5pm) Carbs but from fruit so I'm fine with it small piece of splenda bdcake and 1/2 a klondik bar(5pm) Carbs Bad Bad Bad, but it was MY birthday :)- d - 3/4 of a sonic burger(9pm) Total Carbs :(  ICK!!! Totals:  calories: 1258 fat: 42 carbs: 140 protein: 63 Holy Cow batman some pirate took over my ship today!!!!!   Pirate W/O the sonic burger I would have ended the day at:   cals: 775 fat  17  (I'm loving this number) carbs: 101 protein: 42 I've GOT to take control again and NOT let other people stear my ship into the rocks!!!

When you catch him.. make him walk the plank.. that is just to cute. Well it was your birthday and with all that said. cals did good. you had a couple carbs... but gee.. next time throw some protein in the darn thing so you can justify it... hehehehe see you tomorrow.

Very nice day indead. I know the feeling of that mean old pouchy not liking what you put it. I dont know if it ever gets better.. I swear sometimes I am afraid to eat because of it.. i guess its a good thing.. I love spagetti too but dont eat the pasta.

I've never figured out how much to deduct from . they say you still get some of the calories but man... sometimes I wonder...lol.. hope your day is better tomorrow.

I go dancing either on Friday or Saturday nights depending on when I'm off and I have a blast!  I've always liked it but now I enjoy it a lot more!  I love the fact that it's good excersize on top of it all!  Anyway, just wanted to put my 2 cents in... lol!  Have a great week!!!
