Well here I go for Friday... B - 1 Egg with 2oz ham and a sprinkling of cheese (scrambled together) S- Protein bar (30 grams of protein in these bad boys! But the taste isn't the best - still sear***** L- 4 oz chicken, 2 TBSP Peas and 1 piece light laughing cow cheese S- SF Chocolate Pudding (gotta have my chocolate!) D- Steak stir-fry (Steak, brocolli, carrots, onion, bell pepper & a little low sodium soy sauce)
S- 1/2 C. SF Ice Cream and 6 small pretzels (yikes, I'm falling in your footsteps... lol)
Lots of water and crystal light today, I couldn't seem to get enough. Have a great day!
