I have been back on track for 9 weeks now. I have been killing myself in the gym 6 days a week, trainer 2 times a week and pilates 2 times a week. The first 10 or 11 pounds came off pretty easy but then the stall came and has hung around for 3 weeks! BUT, this morning, got on the scale and down another 3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!     I was so frustrated but you guys encouraged me to stay the course and I did! The scale is moving again.  I know how hard this is but if I can do it we all can do it! Thanks for the support and back to basics, along with moving your booty DOES work! 37 pounds to go! Have a great weekend!

Great job!!!   I'm on my way down again too and it feels good!  I've only been on track for 6 days now and it's hard but I know I can do it!  I really need to get this booty back in the gym but I have been walking and last night (Friday) I went dancing and I don't think I sat down the whole time - my legs can vouch for me there... lol!  Anyway, congrats!!!
