Accountability... what did u eat Thursday
Started a "Take Control" restart for two days yesterday right after breakfast (I had breakfast already scheduled with a friend.)
Breakfast: 3/4 of a cranberry walnut pancake w/SF syrup
Bacon
Coffee
Snack: Banana Protein Shake
Lunch: EAS low-carb chocolate protein shake
Snack: Atkins Crunch Bar
Dinner: plain burger with cheese and mustard on greens.
Snack: White Chocolate-Strawberry protein shake/Atkins PB bar
powerwalk, 1 mile WATP jog, 20 minutes abs routine
1569 calories/67 carbs/68 fat/150 protein

Well Carla I am afraid I ate a few hundred extra for you!!!! Doing sooo well all day until I went to a wedding shower and the wine started to flow...once I drink some it seems I can eat everything...Here is goes...beware it get's ugly.

Whoo hoo... I guess so... I am lucky in the fact that I have never really drank so after surgery it wasnt a big deal giving up my birthday and christmas drink...lol... which put me under that table I might say. I hate coffee so I dont have that vise but know that i am totally addicted to cola so i just dont go there.. its better for me. I do however smoke.. i know.. flame me now.. at least not a lot..
Lets look at this menu again. apparently u dont dump on sweets (lucky or not.. how u look at it). I cant touch much without dumping on the stuff. the begining was great. the enchilada, shrimp where great.. i will stop there...lol.. hmmmmm.... nice protein i see.. hmmmm... some one grab the steering wheel we are heading for a rock....lol.. i've always wanted to say that... it was a special day so dont beat yourself up about it.. we are all allowed.. had a few today who jumped ship yesterday including me with my almost 1500 calorie day..
so far my day has been much better.. hopefully I will keep it that way.. see you tomorrow.
