HI !!! Everybody - I've been missing you guys...
I have been peaking in once and a while and from what I see ya'll are doing really great, I'm so proud of everyone
, you are sticking to the plan and steering your ships in a clear course
...I'm still way under at work and home and think I will not be back for regular posts with you until mid September, but had a minute this morning, I'm getting on a plan to visit my grandparents in WDC for the weekend, and wanted to officially check in...
B - 2 eggs over medium
1/4 cup grits w / cheddar cheese
1 biscuit with jelly
a slice of country ham
( ate over the course of 1 1/2 hours at a breakfast mtg, so this was the a.m. snack too)
L - 10 oz chocolate coconut Protein on the Go
S - 3 SF mini hershey bars
S - 2 protein balls
D - 20 oz sf/ff decaf french vanilla and caramel latte
Keep up the fantastic work, I'll continue to look in on you and will be back soon to join regularly...

back to your meal.. all good choices with lost of protein.. good job.. you should be eating between 1100 to 1300 calories a day.. so should I .. i know its hard to get up there but.. Hey we are all a work in progress ... take care see you tomorrow
