oh i see... i do 15 reps per machine. some machines i do 25 reps they are the weight machine for your back and the abs i think. i have seen a lady maybe 110 pounds go to 3 different machines like that. i will talk to the trainer about it. thanks. anita

I actually got too busy to eat yesterday!!! ROFL What a thought huh? Really, what happened was my planned meals were postponed due to unexpected CRAZINESS, and I CHOSE - not to totally eat crap all day instead!! heee I am the CAPTAIN!!!!!!!!!!! B - oatmeal S - protein drink L - VERY LATE (3:30pm) 1/2 monte cristo sandwich S - oatmeal cream thingie - grabbed on the run D - VERY LATE (9:30pm) turkey wrap S - did cram in another protein drink around 11ish (not good to go to bed with fresh protein drink in the pouch) ugh.  Totals:  calories: 1195 fat: 43 carb: 102 protein: 90 My weekend - tomorrow is my BIRTHDAY!!! I don't know what we're doing. I hope to go shopping for my new laptop today. I would like to get a business suit for my birthday, so maybe I'll go shopping tomorrow.... Macy's here I come baby!!!!

 HI !!! Everybody - I've been missing you guys... I have been peaking in once and a while and from what I see ya'll are doing really great, I'm so proud of everyone , you are sticking to the plan and steering your ships in a clear course ...I'm still way under at work and home and think I will not be back for regular posts with you until mid September, but had a minute this morning, I'm getting on a plan to visit my grandparents in WDC for the weekend, and wanted to officially check in... B - 2 eggs over medium       1/4 cup grits w / cheddar cheese       1 biscuit with jelly       a slice of country ham       ( ate over the course of 1 1/2  hours at a breakfast mtg, so this was the a.m. snack too) L - 10 oz chocolate coconut Protein on the Go S - 3 SF mini hershey bars S - 2 protein balls D - 20 oz sf/ff decaf french vanilla and caramel latte Keep up the fantastic work, I'll continue to look in on you and will be back soon to join regularly...  Big Kiss to All !  Alesia

good morning, i shouldn't have had that last snack, but it was good. =) b: scrambles eggs w/ ham and cheese seasones w/ s&p and a lil tabasco  373 calories 5 carbs 26 protein 8:00 a.m s: slimfast protein snack bar (whipped chocolate nougat) 1 oz 110 calories 16 grams of carb and 5 grams of protein 10:10 a.m l: 2 hard boild eggs, steamed zuccini and 4 large stuffed green olives with pimentos at about 12:30 p.m.  253 calories 13.5 grams of protein 6 grams of carbs d: lean cuisine lemongrass chicken, i only ate the meat and veggies, threw the rice away even tho it's made with whole grain rice. 240 calories 30 grams of carbs (-4 for fiber), but i think i threw that in the trash... and 17 grams of protein for the whole thing. at about 3:30 p.m s: 1/2 serving of marie calendars lasagna, whole serving has 240 calories, ? carbs and 13.5 grams of protein. at about 6 p.m

a little over 1200 cals for the day.. that is good. u usually dont eat enough in my opinion. Did you figure out sparkpeople. its confusing at first but once you get it you'll swear by it.. my MIL is trying to loose weight and I showed her how to use it.. its so funny she will call me... Carla.. how do i insert this.. oh my.. Ill never eat that again.. to many calories.. she is so funny.

back to your meal.. all good choices with lost of protein.. good job.. you should be eating between 1100 to 1300 calories a day.. so should I .. i know its hard to get up there but.. Hey we are all a work in progress ... take care see you tomorrow

i felt like a cow yesterday, felt like i had two dinners =) lol but i'm trying to stay between 1100 to 1300 calories, i know i can go a little more, but think that should be about right. carbs weren't so bad i'm guesstimating between 40-60, since i didn't really eat the whole serving of lasagna and i threw the ricce away from my lean cuisine. this is what i get: about 1116 calories, 40-60 carbs, 60 protein... not bad

that is great.. you can put .5, .2. etc in there and it will reduce the amount for you. at least that is what I do.. i can never eat the whole thing of one of those either.
