HI Heather it's so nice to meet you. We are all hear to take control of our ship and move forward into a healthier you..

I love you protein intake. love you fat and carbs too. If you are maintenancing you need to up those calories.. trust me at 13 months out you are not done. I hit goal at 12 months out and than lost another 15 pounds (and still loosing) trying to figure out how to maintain. You need to be eating between 1100 to 1300 cals a day depending on if you exercise or not.. if you exercise a lot than you need more. keep up the great work though.. you are doing so great... you should be proud of yourself for reaching you goal and getting healthy.

Thanks for the welcome! I'm trying to up my calories though and I can't figure out how to do it. I can't eat that much still, which is good, but I can't figure out how to up much more.

Any suggestions would be great.

Thanks.

I had and have the same problem as you do. I was eating below a thousand at goal and couldnt figure out how to get them up. I drink a protein drink in the morning. I have a protein bar and protein balls everyday just for the calories.. if I didnt do that I would only be eating 800 cals a day. I am still trying to find other ways to get the calories up but so far it**** and miss.. watch what others are eating.. it really does help to get them up cause I find things they post that I could do.

My only problem with that is that my protein totals are already up to and over 100g a day. If I go too much higher, I have constipation problems!! Oh well, I'll figure it out one of these days.

Thanks.

It a system where you do a lot of reps quickly and moving from exercises to another for instance.. you would rotate between 3 different exercises and than go back again for 3 sets of reps on all of them. it keeps you moving fast, u dont build hugh muscles but tone, and it keeps you cardio up so you are burning calories. does all that make since. you are more apt to not get hurt doing superset as apposed to trying to lift the heavy weights all the time.
