Accountability... what did u eat Thursday
Alright Trish.. I kicked it up a notch so now I may be on the other side of eating to much..lol... but it all works out... the weekend is drawing near and I am ready for it.. how about you all. How did you do and do you have any great plans for the weekend.
My plans are pretty simple.. i am cleaning house and finishing up the module of my video and on Sunday my MIL invited a ton of ppl over to my house for a bbq.. wasnt that nice of her... she loves me so its ok. Two of my kids go back to school Monday so I need to get some school supplies.. man I thought I had a quite weekend but when you write it out it sure doesnt seem like it.. oh well.. have fun
B- Protein shake
S- protein bar
L- fish, sweet potato and peas (left overs)
S- opps sleeping again....
D- Baked zitti without the zitti...lol..
S- Ice cream
S- see I caught it up... PB and pretzels.. now I am so full I cant breath..lol
totals...calories...1,404, carbs.... 115, fat.... 59, protein. 115
drank a ton... have a good one and I will see you tomorrow.

We are going camping this weekend so I bought groceries and will pack tomorrow after work and swim lessons. I wish I could kick it down a notch, up is not my problem!
B- SB chicken ceasar wrap
L- turkey chili w/ 6 saltines
G- (G= grazing, this was not a planned snack) 1/2 Take 5 and a handful of peanuts
S- 3 SF chocolate covered graham crackers
S Alternative bagel w light cream cheese
S- Popcorn my daughter and I went to see Nancy Drew; it was very cute!
D-2 slices low carb bread, fried egg and light mayo.
All my fluids vitamins and calcium. Missed my workout but first day this week that I have and I will walk on the treadmill tomorrow while my daughter is in swim lessons and maybe at lunch as well.
I already packed my meals for work tomorrow so it should be a better day with better choices!

Ok, I'm going to pull a "Piggybabe" and deny all that I ate yesterday :P LOL...Actually, my day was good until after about 8, then I had the munchies from the devil....Gotta get myself back on track. I've noticed alot of sweets creeping up into my day, today I'm kicking them to the curb.....I'll do some grocery shopping and get some jello to help me with the sweet cravings...Have a great day everyone! Oh girl!! I understand ALL about "that time of the month". I quit all of that after my surgery and I have to tell you that I do not miss it at ALL. I'm not overly fond of the hot flashes and the new facial hair growth, but I guess it's not too bad a trade-off!! Thanks for your response!! Hugs, Piggy
AHHH bless you!!! A pass day!!!! LOL, it honestly is not a HUGE thing for me, since most days I tend to be on the low side, however, not too sure what went in the 'pie hole' last night to account for :P Maybe it's just a hungry kind of day! Dede
