There are several out there.  Here is one that I have in my collection. PROTEIN BALLS 1 cup of protein powder (chocolate is good for this) 1 cup of non-fat dry milk 1 cup of Peanut Butter(smooth or chunky) 1 cup of crispy cereal(unsweetened.. the 100% whole grain kind) cocoa powder 2 Tablespoons of water Splenda to taste Mix in the protein powder, non-fat dry milk together. Fold in the Peanut butter. MIX WELL. When its totally mixed add a slight bit of water to the ball(s) if they get sticky Mix the Splenda and cocoa (unsweetened) together. Roll each ball in the cocoa Mixture Refrigerate about an hour or so.  Each ball has approximately 8-10 grams of protein these are easily transported and you can eat them on the go. Personally I make them with

1 cup protein powder (I use whatever protein powder I have at the time) 1 cup uncooked oatmeal (not the quick oats, just regular oatmeal) 1 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup sugar free maple syrup or honey Directions: Mix together well and roll into balls - about the size of a ping pong ball. Store in a Tupperware or Ziploc bag in the refrigerator. They have about 10 grams of protein each.
You can always experiment and create something that suits your own taste.  Have a good day.  Hope this helps.

My recipe uses oatmeal. 1 cup peanut butter (about 1/2 of a 15 oz jar) 1 cup rolled oats (not instant) 1 cup protein powder -- I use matrix chocolate 5 packets splenda Warm peanut butter in microwave for 30-40 seconds.  This is to get it liquidy so it mixes better with the other ingredients. Add oats, protein powder, splenda and mix by hand.   If you have trouble stirring it, add a little water -- a tablespoon or so at a time.  Roll into walnut sized balls and refridgerate.  Store in zip-loc baggies in the fridge. I have come home and found my teenagers munching on these, so you know they are pretty good. I forget the nutritional counts, but the protein powder really boosts the values.
