I can relate to your gas issue. My DH is always complaining about mine, sorry just can't control it.

Another good day for you.. I actually made some bran muffins. I took a bite but got affraid to eat it.. I worried it would ball up in my pouch. I havent tried any breads yet so maybe one day I will get brave and actually do it.. it tasted good though... just scared me and i spit it out..lol... at least it was a step in that direction.

cals are a little low but I think it is good to mix it up.. keep the body confused. If you eat the same amount every day you body adjust to it and becomes immune. I think your routine is great. Keep up the good work.
