Accountability.. what did you eat Wednesday
I know, that is WAY to many calories!!! Unfortunately, that's not been for just ONE day. It's been a "succession" of days that I won't even attempt to number!!! There I said it!!! (Sort of :o) )
That's why I am hoping that posting and then printing it out "for all the world to see" is going to inspire me do better!! Fortunately, I am exercising pretty regularly, so I am not having a problem maintaining my current weight. Problem is, I am not really "happy" with my current weight!! It's just all so Complicated!!! (Can you tell I'm a "drama queen"?) LOL

i ate a lot yesterday, i feel like a cow.
what do you guys think? i'm gone from home on mon tue and wed for a good 16 to 17 hours and i don't normally eat this much.
here we go:
b: celery sticks with creamy peanut butter approx. 200 calorie and 7 grams of protein
l: chicken cesar salad from the hospital cafeteria, supposedly 360 calorie 26 carbs and 21 protein for the whole serving, but i asked for xtra chicken and there was no way i was going to finish that whole thing. gonna finish for dinner. =)
s: light & fit strawberry banana yogurt 60 calories 11 carbs and 5 grams of protein
s: oreo crisp snack pack & wafer bafers 200 calories 32 carbs and 2 grams of protein
d: the rest of the chicken only from my chicken cesar salad from lunch... lots a protein... yay
s: small bag of cheddar harvest sunchips 210 calories
this was my 16 hours day away from home, needed all the energy i could get.
I have a tough time with fitday.. I use spark people. it is pretty simple. you put it in and it finds it for you and you can change the amounts to a more realistic number.. such as 1 apple can be changed to .5 apple to get the calories for it. give it a try.. u can also put the fact in on the program of foods that arent in there and it will keep it for you so you can use it again and again.. another feature I like is you can put a group together.. like a salad with chicken.. just name it and you dont have to pull each thing up when you eat that..

Carla, I don't think you ate enough...989 calories?...you are DONE losing and I don't think you can maintain with such low calories...I've been watching your posts for awhile and know the struggles you have faced but you need to eat MORE girl...you need to stay healthy. Just my opinion...

I totally agree with you.. I am trying to get my calories up to 1300, but I have days I just dont make it. This helps me remember to eat because if I didn't do this board it would be a lot less. yesterday was a very low day for me.. i took a nap and missed a snack time.. it happens.. but I am doing better today. I havent been exercising like i use to so I have cut back some but I am watching the scale and I havent gained or lost any weight over the last few weeks.. so maybe I am getting the hang of the maintanence thing now.. well.. maybe...lol...
I do have some issues I am working on right now, but I am dealing with them.. you all dont know how much it helps me to see what you all eat so that I can make better choices and I actually do sit and look at each one to try an assimulate it into my diet plan too..
