Well I finally got a full copy of my trianing program that I have been working on now for a month.. took forever.. errored a few times before I finally got it done.. i think i still need to do some work on it but it is my first try . not to bad for a 2 hour training dvd...

So my day was ok.. dying right now with the dreaded gas.. I hate that.. and man I could kill ppl with the smell.. i know tmi.. but.. hey were all friends here so you understand...

How was my day.

B- protein shake

S- protein bar

L- salad with chicken and cheese

S- plum

D- fish, yam, and green beans.. yummy

S- ice cream

totals are.... drum roll please..

calories....989, carbs.... 73, fat... 33, protein.... 105

drank a ton too.. have a good one and see ya tomorrow.

SF Hot chocolate S-1/2 C melon&berries S- protein Drink( 80 calories and 20 grams of protein) Not my favorite flavor but will use it up anyway. B- low carb wrap with turkey and light swiss S SF cupcake L- chicken breast S- samples from Costco D- 2 slices thin crust cheese pizza from The Rock S-3 SF chocolate covered graham crackers S-bagel (110 calories, 7 gm fiber and 6 gm protein)w light whipped cream cheese All my liquids vitamins and calcium and a 20 minute walk at lunch time. Went to bariatric support group with friend and had dinner and then went shopping; this is a monthly event for us and it is so much fun!

Hey!!!  I haven't posted for a bit but here I am...  I still haven't done the fitday thing yet.. but I think I did ok...  Yesterday was my 5 year anniversary!!  woo hoo!!! B = hard boiled egg and a cheese stick S= 1/2 c. Watermelon (love that stuff!) L= 1/2 c. Chicken on a small salad w/red wine vinegar dressing S= SF pudding and a bite of a doughnut (yes I did and I decided I didn't like them any more) D= Outback Joey Sirloin Steak (about 4 ounces) and some brocolli S= Yogurt and about 20 almonds S= 10 grapes and a section of laughing cow light cheese  (yes I had 2 snacks last night) Now I'm going home to sleep...  Have a great day ya'll!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looks like a great day to me.. you all are all doing so well. I love steak.. I get tired of chicken all the time.. If you look at the two deserts i dont think it was bad.. they were both kind of small and dont fill the pouch to much.. see ya tomorrow

Alright.. better.. you got your cals and protein in.. carbs.. are a little high but if you are working out it's not bad. Good water input as well.. keep it up.. looks like a smooth sailing day.. see ya tomorrow

Hmmm... 1811 cals... ok.. so not the best day for cals and stuff. didnt figure out carbs and protein but you have a least 100 in protein.. thats a good thing.

Sometimes our ship just gets a little off track todays a new day. We all deserve a few days like that..
