LateGreat Wednesday!!
Okay, Okay, I know I'm running late! I can't help it. I had a tire catastrophy this morning. I hit a curb/grate and BUSTED a tire all to pieces. I'm still very blessed though because I did not lose control of the vehicle, I did not cause an accident with another car, I did not bend the rim on my tire, and I was only about 1/2 mile from a tire store in town. The really good news is that I had not walked yet this morning and I did get my walk in by walking up to the tire store!!! They were able to replace the tire with no problems and I'm "on the road again".
I went to exercise on Curves equipment yesterday with my exercise buddy and ended up with almost 12,000 steps for yesterday. I also ate a healthy dinner and resisted the urge to buy a Tootsie Roll at a store that I went to. So, what have YOU don'e right today?

Glad to hear you are ok! I have been busy at work this am and unable to get on line until now!! my do right for today is as usual planned meals and snacks. even stopped at Wal-mart this am to make sure i have proper treats!! Tomorrow I will weigh in and see if I am making any progress to lose my last 18 lbs. its only been 2years and 6 month from surgery! Great job at the workout program you got going! I did walk last night and hope to do something tonight . Even if its just cleaning my house which really needs it! Have a great do right Wednesday. Sheila
I think I would rather have had to buy a new tire than to stop at Wal-Mart first thing this morning!! LOL I think that you will definitely see some progress on the scale, but don't get discouraged if you don't. Remember that the scale is only ONE way to measure success!! Cleaning house counts BIG TIME as exercise for me!!! Hope you get lots done!! Hugs, Piggy
I will put my 2 cents in! I am gettin married in 11 1/2 weeks, so I am really trying to get a little weight off. I don't care about how I look in my dress, because the dress is PERFECT! I want to look hot on my honeymoon!
Anyway, today (actually all this week) I have religiously kept track of my food intake on Spark People. Plus I have joined a gym and have been working out. So today, I packed my lunch and snacks and packed my gym bag so I can work out right after work. I just finished my low cal, high protein lunch and am looking forward to working out this afternoon!

That sounds Fabulous!!! I've only been on one cruise and it was actually a "mini-cruise". We were on a SMALL ship and were gone 3 days and 2 nights. We went to the Bahamas. It was fun! I have friends who go on cruises about twice a year! Just make sure you take some dramamine with you just in case!!! Hugs, Piggy
My day has gotten better, thanks Donna!! My boss took us all (the staff) to lunch and I had salad with grilled chicken. Kinda boring, but not much choice. It was an Italian restaurant and since I'm allergic to wheat, I don't eat pizza nor Pasta. Oh well, I am VERY happy to report that the food is not nearly as important as it used to be and I had a great time visiting with co-workers!!!
I am sooooooooooo impressed with your water intake. I need to work on that a LOT more!! I'm also impressed with your exercise. You have gotten TRULY serious about that stuff. Good for you!!!

I seem to be getting later each day at posting .. Today was a awesome day I walked 2 times already today .. I met a friend for lunch and ate protien and veggie I have dinner cooking and it will be more protien and veggie .. and I hope to walk after dinner I alway sleep better if I do ,...
