What diet and nutrition information would you like to see?
Great idea...I am almost 17months out and am struggling to maintain w/o losing. Would love nformation like others have said about what is good ratio of cal/fat/protein and carbs in relation to say the 1300 calories I am to be eating now as per nurtritionist. Also, when you go to food recording programs they tend to say that the amounts are too small so they won't let you keep track the way you want.
Thanks for all you do to help us.

I would appreciate some information on the way the malabsorption process one experiences with the RNY procedure affects what we absorb versus what we eat, and how that changes over time. I've been told the best period for weight loss is the first 8 to 10 months because after that, the intestines "wake up" and start to absorb more of the calories than were absorbed earlier on.
Also, the affect/success of diets such as Atkins, Weigh****chers, etc., for WLS graduates.
Thanks for your dedication to OH.com!
