Hey all~ I saw this question on another website.  But, I think this would be a good one for those of us who are struggling.  So, what IS your best tip for recovering from a stumble (falling off the wagon.) I guess mine would be: 1) Stop wallowing and looking back - what can you do TODAY!
Blessings~

hmmmm... i guess i would say "you know what you need to do, so do it!" "if your eating wrong and you know it, fix it!" no one can stop it, but YOU. =) but, this is an excellent site to get encouragement.... =) all we can do is motivate you

I stumbled today. Somebody brought some bagels and bread from Panera Bread Company with cream cheese to smear on top. I remember pre-surgery, my nut specifically said "don't eat anything from Panera, it's got [big number] of calories and [big number] of fat grams." So I tore a little piece off all the different kinds just to see what they tasted like. Looks like a rat has been in there in the baggies. By the time I ate all the little pieces, I'd probably eaten half of one of them. I have a habit of having a bad day or two, gaining a pound or two, and thinking, "Well, I've screwed up, might as well gain 200 pounds." I'm going to try real hard not to do that again. I should take your advice, stop wallowing and looking back, just learn from my past mistakes (and there are many).

Just pick yourself up and dust your self off and start all over again to do it right. We are just human and will  make some not so good choices but we can't give up, we need to put that behind us and just go on. Sher

Hi Becky- OT here: but I can't imagine I am the first to tell you how much you resemble actress Linda Blair- in some of your pics it's really close- especially your Avatar-- keep up the good work!
