Another day of struggling for me! these posts help get me through.
I got out of the house on time this morning.
I had a healthy breakfast.
I had a healthy snack.
I had a not so healthy lunch BUT I have logged everything into my online diet diary and I know exactly how many calories, etc. I have left for my dinner.
I have some major cardio planned for this evening.
I resisted the urge to SHOP during my lunch hour! (A BIG DO RIGHT FOR ME!)

Look at you!!!! I am sooooo proud. I understand about "socializing" leading to bad food choices. I hardly ever go out with the "lunch bunch" from work because there are usually chips and salsa involved and I just tend to eat too much. But, Going to work out instead! Girl, that is REALLY great.
