Tuesday's Do Right Train
Well, it's amazing how eager I am to report my good news this morning!!!! I got up and walked 1 mile on my WATP video. Woooooohooooo. BIG accomplishment for me. I had actually forgotten that I owned that video until someone on here mentioned it. I dug it out (literally) last night and walked a mile last night and then did another one this morning. Can you tell I'm proud? I am also drinking water this morning which I did not do much of yesterday. I also listened to one of my favorite "inspirational" CD's this morning. I am doing ALL the good!! LOL What about you?

Heres mine so far!
1 hour workout this morning. 30 minutes of interval training on eliptical, 30 minutes treadmill alternating speeds and inclines.
Had my protein shake and a healthy breakfast.
Have pilates class at 230
Going to do some housework now for a little extra movement

Good for you Sheila. I'm thinking about cranking my treadmill back up, too. It doesn't seem to be doing me a BIT of good being folded up in the corner like it is!! "Only" a mile is GREAT!! And 8 chips are NOT going to do you in. Just so you don't let 8 turn into 80 like we would have in the "old days".

I went out walked this morning before it started to heat up...
