Accountability.. what did you eat Monday
Great job on the time out diet. I know you are happy with the weight loss you have had. Sounds like a good day of choices. do you monitor your intake for the day using fitday or sparkpeople. We all miss Alesia but she said she would be luring so hopfully she will see your post.

What is Muscle Milk Light? I use the chocolate milk ones that are 22g of protein - do the Light ones have fewer carbs???

I haven't had the regular muscle milk but did look at it. It has lots more calories and sugar than the light version. Here is the info on the light chocolate;
8.5 oz
Cal 160
Carbs 9
Protein 20
Sugars 3
Fat 5
Fiber 1

Oh that sounds much better. The carbs are my one issue with Muscle Milk, so the light version would be perfect!
