Accountability.. what did you eat Monday

What a crazy busy day at work for me. I wrote report after report.. you name it i did it today. I did get back on track with my eating which makes me very happy. So how was everyones return to Monday and did you stay or get control of that ship.

B- Protein shake

S- protein bar

L- chicken 2 oz with cheese with salad

S- 2 protein balls

D- steak 2 oz, twice baked potato 3 bites, and squash a couple bites..

S- Ice cream and a plum...

totals... calories.....1,216, carbs...... 77, fat..... 46, protein...... 124.

I drank a ton today as well over 120 oz...

hope you all are doing well.. see you tomorrow.

I'm up late tonight. Here's what I had today.  b - oatmeal  s - protein drink l - 1/2 sonic burger s - 1/2 sonic burger D - turkey wrap I did also have some popcorn but I didn't look up the info on it Totals:  Cals:1237 Fat: 52 Carbs:97  Protein: 90 grams Yes, yes, yes, I know STAY AWAY from Sonic!!! DH wanted to go there and I just caved in and went right along. lol

Darn that Sonic burger place... lol. still had a good day cause all your choices were very good. your cals and protein are in good places so dont fret the small stuff as long as you plan it into your day.. just like me with my ice cream..heheheheh... now there is some rationalization for you.

Oh yes, that's what I was looking for "permission"  Clapping Hands  (just kiddin) I did work hard yesterday to make sure they numbers didnt go crazy after Sonic.  Problem is now, I'm up two pounds - bloated right up! UGH, too much bread. I know it, I knew it ahead of time and I still ate the darn thing. Today's a new day!! And these thing I WILL NOT DO TODAY!!!  Eating Pizza      Matzos      I Love Candy

Well, let's just say that I pretty much ate EVERYTHING in sight yesterday!!! I did not chart it on FitDay because I WANT to be in Denial!!! How's that for honesty? LOL I REALLY do plan on doing better today!!!         Hugs,   Piggy

I've been there Piggy... Denial is about as good as your "happy place" as long as you dont' visit there oftern you'll be just fine!!!

Thanks for the kind words!! I'll try NOT to go there today. I have been called "Queen of Denial" on more than one occasion though!!  LOL

too funny. I like when I keep missing with the amounts til they total what I think they should be.. now how is that for denial. hmmm maybe it wasnt a ful cup..yeah thats better.. omg... its like cheating myself... and we all know it doesnt work.

Today is a new day.. we are all allowed days like that we just need to get up the next and take charge of our ship and move on.

hi cwalder, well today is my first day eating after i did timeout for 6 days. still on my first day i had pasta. it didnt really taste so good. i wish alesia could see this... i stepped on the scale and it says 149 pounds.............. woo hoo.................. now it will have to stay there or drop more.................. i was 155 last tuesday.........  not sure how much protein i had. anita Aug. 20,2007

S- peento peach (donut shape)
