Good Morning Friends!!! I was tickled pink (my FAVORITE color!!) to see that you had continued the "do right" thread over the weekend!! Ya'll are the BEST!!! So, what have you done right today already? I ate a healthy breakfast (1 egg and about 1/2 cup grits and 1 slice of turkey bacon) I will have a lite  yogurt snack at 10:00. I parked pretty far out in the parking lot  so I would walk a little farther. I logged on to the OH website and have been encouraged by my health friends!! Hope you are doing some things right today. Let us know. Hugs,   Piggy

Well, so far today... I have stuck to my eating plan. I used skim milk instead of creamer in my coffee. I resisted the urge to do a McDonalds drive thru after dropping off my only baby at her first day of kindergarten.  (I boo-hoo'ed the whole way to work though...I am TOTALLY and emotional eater *sigh*) I've decided to "let go" of my issues with a co-worker.  I can't fix it, she (and her boss) don't see a problem, I'm not gonna worry about it. I got a date with my Pt at lunch  today.  I'm planning on making it a good one!! Hope everyone else is doing well!

Kathy, Good for you for making positive choices!! I am REALLY proud of you for not stopping at McDonald's. I can TOTALLY related to being an emotional eater. A good cry was probably much healthier than a sausage biscuit or cinnamon roll!!!  Great job on "letting go" of the co-workers, too. It was probably only hurting you to hold on!!  Lunch with the PT sounds GREAT. Best wishes! Hugs ( and extra hugs since you're baby is in school),     Piggy

Your OH friends are glad to see you too!!!! Sounds like you are having a GREAT day. I am so envious that you have a support group to attend. There are plenty of people in town that have had surgery, but because there is no "surgeon" in town, we do not have a support group. We've all had surgery in different places with different doctors which I don't think would matter that much, but none of us has taken the initiative to get a group started. Glad you're going though. If you learn anything new, be sure and share with us tomorrow!!           Hugs,  Piggy

I totally understand about not being able to handle two!! I've not tried that particular item, but anything that I get just  little too much of gets QUICKLY rejected!!!  Sounds like you've got a good start. Keep it up!!    Hugs,  Piggy

Bless your heart with the "sugar craving" thing. I hate to "rub it in", but I am SOOOO glad to be past that stage in my life. I completely stopped all of that after my surgery!! Hallelujah!!! Sounds like you are doing great though. If you can just get past the sugar thing... One hour work out is Fabulous! So happy for you.             Hugs,   Piggy
