Accountability.. what did you eat Saturday

Wow a busy day for me.. We go to grandma's and ride horses every other week.. almost everyweek if she had it her way.. she loves the company and so do we.. I had a very bad food day mostly cause I didnt handle lunch well so the rest of the day my pouch was picky and getting even with me.. i sometimes have a hard time with chicken breast meat especially bbqed...

here was my day..

B- protein drink and plum

S- protein bar

L- chicken.....

S- fruit very slowly.. kept it down.

D- chicken.... i knew better... what was I thinking.

S- ice cream with protein and walnuts.. trying to get some calories in me..

I tell once i make it mad I pay for it all day..

Totals calories.. 981, carbs.... 89. fat.... 31, protein.... 99


Drank a lot the rest of the day trying to make the tummy happy. Hope to have a better day tomorrow.

CWalden, I soooo know how the chicken things goes...some days good, some days not good...Your pouch had a rough day yesterday and it's my turn..went to eat some leftover chicken/bean thread noodles and nope, no way...so I'm settling for a proffee....Horseback riding sounds like fun! I haven't done that in YEARS!!!! Do your kids like riding too? Or do they just go to visit with Grandma? Grandma has a ranch. My youngest Jessie rides in shows doing walk trot and stuff.. My 12 year old special needs child does shows too.. and my other two kids are starting to get interested in showing horses. they all love to ride and we ride every other week and they all have lessons. They are all pretty good riders. Grandmas horses are not like regular horses.. they are show trained so the kids have to learn to ride them right so they dont undo all the hard work grandma puts in them.. they all have a horse and have to take care of it and do ranch work to pay for their keep.

Yes.. riding is nice and we enjoy going often more than every other week..

OMGSH  - I've got to make some changes here. I'm NOT happy with the fat/carb number lately!!! I know it's from eatting out. But this is getting crazy.  B - oatmeal (cals. 160, fat 3g, carbs 23g, protein 7g) s - protein drink (cals 205, fat 5g, carbs 10g, protein 31g) L - dbl cheeseburger (1/2 bun) and handful of fries (cals 415, fat 28g, carbs, 20g, protein 21) S - Turkey Pepperoni, cheese, on ritz crackers  (350 cals, 19g fat, 24 carbs, 19grams protein) D - 1/2 club (264 cals, 12g fat, 23 g carb, 15 g protein)  Lord have mercy my totals SUCK!!!  Calories: 1394 Fat: 66g Carbs: 99g Protein 93 *Gives self a huge kick in the hind end!!!*  Thank God for Fit day, I actually THOUGHT I did good today, I didn't realize how quickly the fat/carbs were adding up!!!

It's not TOO bad.. that burger..hmm... you started out great than the hamburger and fries that got you.. the rest was good too.. I dont think they suck that much... dont get all crazy. I am doing just the opposite.. not eating enough.. so we can trade some cals how is that.. see you tomorrow..

wow wow wow.. what a day for you... sounds like you were on a day long party going on.. was that a bbq you went to and a stop at McDonalds...lol... sunday is a day for fun and eating... thank goodness for mondays.. it helps me get back on track. take care and I will see you tomorrow..
