Looking good.. I have never had a sonic burger. I dont think there is one around here but I bet it was good. Your calories look good and love the protein intake. good job keep up the good work. I have a busy day to like most of us probably. Have a good one and see you tomorrow.

Ronnie - Your dinner doesn't look that bad. There really is no way to eat a chili dog with out the bun!!! haha I would LOVE a piece of sf pie. However SF and desserts just dont go together with me. I get sicker off of a piece of sf dessert then just taking a few bites of dh's regular sugar loaded stuff.  Have a great weekend

FL, I'm not a huge fan of any dessert, SF or Not. I have found that pie filling sweetened with Splenda, and a regular crust come very close to tasting like the real thing. Good stuff on occasion. Ronnie

One thing I do miss is chili dogs. Havent had one since wls. I used to take those bad boys out. sounds like you had a good day and even with the chili dog your cals seemed ok. do you use fitday or sparkpeople to count your food intake each day. it really helps me... see you tomorrow

Chili Dogs are not on my regular menu, either. Before I had surgery I could've easily put away 3-4 chili dogs, and probably something on the side. I can't even imagine that now, nor do I want to. I'm not really trying to lose more weight at this point in the process, even though I still lose a little here and there. My main focus now is moderation of what I do eat. I wouldn't complain about continued loss though. :-) To answer your question: NO, I don't use fitday any longer. I've never done well in diet mode. Logging exercise and foods daily does help track the numbers, but I can't help staying in that diet mentality. Instead, I rely on the habits I've learned over the last year. Ronnie

Hey there CWalden, that's ok that you had your icecream. You have very good portion control so that is what is important. I don't see why you can't have your icecream every day if you plan for it. I myself have been on a muffin kick and have one each day.( my own homemade ones so I know exactly what is in them).

Yes I notice your muffins and to tell you the truth.. i ice cream is not just because i love it but the sugar Aclochol helps keep me regular. I know tmi but I needed to eat some last night and I felt much better today... if you know what I mean....lol.. I have never been much of a muffin eater but mostly cause i dont have them around.. i am sure they could become a habit real fast.

you had a great day.. little low again on cals and protein but a good day over all. I tend to either be really high or really low on weekends unlike during the week where I am very consistent. depends on the day I have planned. well i will see you tomorrow
