Well the weekend is here and I am sure we all have crazy busy plans but we still need to sail our ships down the right course. So lets do this together...

What did you eat on Friday all.. share.

B- Protein shake

S- peach

L- chicken and beef lunchmeat with cheese

D- chicken cheesy brocolli

S- Ice cream.. yes I had Ice cream... but I was way low on calories.. how is that for an excuse

totals... calories....964, carb...66, fat.... 30, protein.... 106

Well hello!  My night has been pretty busy but here goes... B- Hard Boiled Egg / String Cheese

S- Watermelon (about 1/2 cup)

L- Left over Chicken Pot Pie without the crust (1/2 c. Chicken, carrots, celery, onion and a little ff mushroom soup as a base) it was yummy!

S- Yogurt and 14 smoked almonds

D- Roast beef rollups (3) Deli style roast beef with ff cream cheese rolled up and a few green beans

S- sf chocolate pudding and cottage cheese (what a combination... lol) I also had a protein shake somewhere in there but I can't remember when - ugh!  I also drank all my water and crystal light.   Excersize - woohoo!  I walked for 30 minutes before coming to work - yeah me!  (well it's better than nothing!) That's it so far... still haven't figured out how to do the math part... that's my next goal!  Have a great day!!!!!!!

Good morning all! Hubby and I went for mexican food last night, it was delicious!!! I love it! Yes.. I really had a low day.. took a nap in the middle of the day and it throw my whole day off.. lol. I love mexican food too. Sounds like a nice evening for you and the DH. YOu are a little low yourself,especially in caloires and protein. Seems like we both went a little astray yesterday. Keep up the good work. and I'll see you tomorrow.

Sorry to hear about the emergency in Vegas. I hope everything is ok. Yeah I would think you are little low for the day, but the choices you made seemed ok. Keep up the good work and have a great weekend.

Oops! I actually posted yesterdays foods on Thursdays thread,,,,oh well, at least I got it done! It was the first day back on track, and I lost a pound!!Its 65 degrees here this morning so Im getting ready to take a walk. I have really slacked off on the exercise too,,so back to boot camp for sure for me! Thanks for this thread!! Ill post my menu tomorrow for today. Im finding it really helps to plan it in advance. Oh yes, the weekend is here!!!!!  I WILL make good choices today. I will be the only one responsible for what I say, do, and eat!! Have an awesome weekend everyone.  Here's my Friday:  b - oatmeal s - protein drink  l - couple bites of country fried steak (Ick); few bites of loaded baked potato, coleslaw d - 1/2 of a TOTALLY awesome Sonic Burger Sandwich s - other 1/2 of above sandwich s - protein drink Totals:  Calories: 1530 (just a tad over but man was it worth it) Fat: 66g Carbs: 116 Protein: 111g
