Sorry, I don't usually use the Nectar drinks. I tried a few of them and they were good, but I just LOVE the creamy chocolate and vanilla flavors. I mix different fruits or sf syrups with the vanilla for a variety of tastes.

I love fuzzy navel!  But I love all peach flavored things.  I mix it plain or with orange CL.  Bariatric Eating has a page with a lot of suggestions of what to mix them with.  You might also want to try getting sample packs first. http://www.bariatriceating.com/ulprtapa.html Michele

The contents are listed in bold near the top of the page.  Nectar is just the Lemon Tea and Fuzzy Navel.  But if you call them I think they'll send just what you want. Michele

I like the cappaccino mixed with milk.  It's my favorite.

The only way I can have the fuzzy navel is mixed with water or minute maid sf non carbonated orange drink. As for the cappaccino, I mix it with decaf iced coffee and milk, it's delicious and the only way I can drink it. I also have the cherry and have never found a good way to drink that one.

I like the latte cappuccino.  I mix it with water.  I have also mixed it with coffee.  You could add a scoop of chocolate protien powder of SF hot chocolate mix for a mocha flavor.  Any of the sf syrups could be added, to make drinks like starbucks frappuccino drinks: Peppermint, raspberry, hazelnut, carmel, etc. By the way, I have a file of protien drink recipes that I can send you. Most of them use a chocolate or vanilla powder as their base. Suzanne

I had them send me some to try, and it was a good idea. I like the lemon tea one, but I am a big iced-tea person to begin with, I just make it with water and add ice, or easier yet lately I drink some out of my bottle of water and then add it in and shake it up. My suggestion would be to put them in a darker bottle or glass at least at first, it was easier getting used to the taste than the look of the tea at least, but now I actually like it!
