UGGHHHHH
I am soooo frustrated! I hit the gym 6 days a week, take private pilates classes twice a week and see a personal trainer twice a week....SCALE WILL NOT MOVE
I am eating right and drinking well over 100 ozs water a day. Stupid scale will not move. I lost 11 pounds and then BAM, came to a screaching halt for 2 weeks. Makes me want to eat everything I want and throw in the towel.
I will keep going but man it is sometimes hard to stay motivated. Give me a break already!
Ok, Venting over.
Have a great Friday!

Stay the course, Donna, stay the course. When you have less weight to lose, it takes a lot longer, plus your body may "pause" after you lose a bit because it's not sure what's going on. My body does the same thing - I'll lose for 10-12 days, then stay the same weight sometimes for 6-8 weeks. Then I'll lose again for 10-12 days. Someone on the boards call this the "drop and stop" method of losing.
I've been losing for about 22 months now and I just know my body is saying "enough is enough already." I really have to work hard to lose now, and once I've stayed the same weight for 6-8 weeks, I have to switch things up to lose anything. My body is desperately looking for a set point and I'm not willing to give in yet and let it have one!
So keep doing what you doing, Donna. Keep up those great habits - eating right, exercising, and getting in plenty of fluids. It does work and I have faith that you'll see lower numbers on the scale within another month - just try to be patient!!!
Good luck on your continuing journey -
Kellie
