Acountability ... what did you eat Thursday
I did better yesterday than I have been doing!!
I did eat 1/2 of an "America's Finest" chocolate bar last night. But, I DID split it with my mom and only ate 1/2. There were other bars in the house and I did NOT eat those!!!
I walked a mile yesterday when I poured punch at College Graduation. We go there to work really early and so instead of just sitting down, I walked laps around the Assembly Center. It was GREAT!!
Looking forward to a good weekend. I usually don't have many eating problems on the weekends because I stay pretty busy. I won't post again until Monday though, so hope everyone has a good one!! Thanks for all the support. This is really making a difference for me!!

ohh. i use to eat those candy bars like candy.. ahh.. it is candy. I know if i tried now I would dump. my pouch is just way to picky. good that u did some walking.. exercise really helps to keep our bodies in shape. you have a great weekend and i will see you on monday. keep sailing that ship down the right path.

Hmm... so it was a maybe on the muffin. I did the same with some brownies and didnt like them.. i have found a few recipes since than and maybe I will try them one day. the ones I made where just nasty. I love trying to convert recipes to wls friendly recipes. your day looked good. keep up the good work... you are doing great.

This is my first time to post here as well, but I need the accountability. Im almost 2 years out from Lap RNY and have kept off all my weight until a recent 5 pound gain. So I sat myeslf down and took a good look at what I was eating,,and made up my mind its back to basics. So, heres what I had today..........
B-1/2 c cottage cheese
S-slim fast low carb shake
L-1 oz lean ham and 1 c spinach
S-4 oz light yogurt
D-1 oz lean ham and 3 ozs cheddar cheese
S- protein drink
64 oz water
So, I had 1137 calories. 120 g protein 53 carbs and 47 g fat. I hope thats good! DIdnt get any exercise in, but will work on that tomorrow. One day at a time.....
