No wonder you were hungry. Your body wanted food. I notice when I eat to little I go through a period where I eat to much. I think my body is wanting to catch up or something. The protein balls are great arent they.. I love them cause they are quick and easy when I am traveling for work all day.

You had a good day just needed to eat a little more. Glad to hear you are loosing weight since you joined the group. These post are really important to me as well. they help me keep my eye on the prize and be accountable for my actions.

it was an alright day, i could have done better.... b: slim fast low carb vanilla creme shake 180 calories 2 carbs 20 grams protein  7:00 a.m s: 1 handful of trail mix (planters sweet & nutty), yes the one with the raisins and m&m's 9:00 a.m l: hawaiin turkey wrap w/ leafy greens, corn, red onions and fresh avacado... 690 calorie 67 carbs 34 protein.... i only ate half so cut that in half  11:00 a.m s: 1 handful of trail mix (planters sweet & nutty), yes the one with the raisins and m&m's 3:00 p.m  d: the other half of my hawaiin turkey wrap w/ leafy greens, corn, red onions and fresh avacado... 690 calorie 67 carbs 34 protein 5:00 p.m s: 1/2 a grilled steak taquito from tacobell... left overs from my sons dinner 8:00 p.m

that wrap sound heavenly and had some nice protein numbers in it to boot. Nice job. I love trail mix too but I avoid it cause its like Lays potato chips. One handful is never enough for me. than I could get 1000 calories off that alone.

Looks like a good day. I think you had about 1200 cals for the day if I calulate it so that is good. Keep up the good work.. see you tomorrow

i like how the hospital put the nutritional content, at first i thought it was a little much. it was really good. your right about the trail mix it's like crack... =)

Hi Carla!  Good job on going without ice cream!  That's a tough one! Yesterday for me: B-- 3/4 c. Special K Protein Plus cereal with 15 raisins and skim milk, string cheese S-- Danon Light & Fit yogurt with granola L-- bacon wrapped chicken, strawberries S-- banana with peanut butter D-- bacon wrapped chicken, strawberries (okay, the bacon wrapped chicken is gone now so I can quit eating it!) S-- Sun Chips Calories:  1042        Carbs:  102       Protein:  67 I didn't exercise yesterday and I felt bad about it.  Ugh!  Back to the gym today! Deanna

lol... u and that chicken.. of course I do the same thing.. eat somehting til its all gone.. good day for u..not.. u know u need more cals and protein. keep up the good work... and eat some more... I WANT ICE CREAM.. u know how addicted to it i am.. gotta go shopping today and will try to not to buy some. i think i can i think i can...

not exercising one day is not bad.. you need to let your body rest some.. they say u break down muscle when you work down and if you dont give it time to repair u actually dont accomplish what your trying to do. have a good one and see you tomorrow.

Do you drink the protein shakes? I mix my protein powder (1 scoop) with a scant amount of nonfat dry milk, 2 pkgs. equal, 1/4 cup of water and about 12-15 ice cubes. Mix all of this together in a blender until smooth and it tastes just like a thick creamy milk shake with only 125 calories and 25 grams of protein. Might help you with the ice cream cravings!!!    Hugs,  Piggy

If you are using milk just substitute about 1/4 cup for the water and the powdered milk. I just use powdered because I mix it up in individual servings and put it in snack size baggies for portability. The trick is LOTS of ice.  Your blender may "balk" a little, but just keep grinding!!!

Another day back on track.  Although I did eat the highest number of points I could have.  I'm not too upset.  Normally I try to stay on the low end or near the middle - but since I was off eating like a sow for so long I'm not going to be too upset at a few days at the top of my range to get me back in the swing.  I hads of great fruits & veggies yesterday and over 100 ou crystal light and over 120 gr protein.  Not too shabby IMHO.
