Acountability ... what did you eat Thursday

One more day til the weekend and I am ready. Of course I work 4/10 so I get fridays off as well..... I am missing the ice cream but I will make it.. day 3 no ice cream.. I know I can do this..

So how did u all do yesterday. Did you stear you ship down the right course or sway a little. Take a minute to make yourself accountable. You all have a great day and I will see ya tommorrow..

B- Protein shake

S- Protein bar and banana

L- roast beef and chicken lunch meat with cheese

S- chicken with salad

D- roast beef and chicken lunch meat with cheese.

totals....calories...1,173, carbs..... 60, fat.... 45, protein.... 136

Kind of a crazy day and I am trying to do something other than protein balls all the time.

Drank a good deal hit 100 oz today...

This is the first time I'm replying to one of these posts, but I feel like if I say it out here then maybe it'll keep me on track... woo hoo, this is my 3rd day back on track and I'm feeling good!  Keep in mind I work 12-hour shifts at nights so this may seem strange... my breakfast is at night and dinner in the morning...  lol! B = Hard boiled egg and a string cheese

S= 1/2 c. Watermelon L= 3/4 c. Baked Chicken and Cottage cheese S= Yogurt & Protein bar D= 1 Baked Pork Chop and veggies

S= Almonds I drank all my water/crystal light and didn't have any sweets!!!  I think I did pretty good!

I don't know how many calories or protein grams these have.  Does anyone know of a good book or website I can get to keep track?   Have a great Friday!

Dede,  Thanks for the info.  I'm also looking for a book I can carry with me if you know of any.  I'm almost 5 years out but they didn't tell me how to count grams when I had my surgery...  My surgeon basically said to eat protein first and then vegetables, and that's what I've been doing.  I'm learning all over again... ugh!

Glad to meet you. I use sparkpeople.com. I love it.. helps keep me on track. Your day looks good so keep up the good work. Welcome aboard and sail into a healthier life with us. glad to see you. we post 7 days a week so I hope to see you here again tommorrow..

Your day looks pretty good to me....As far as the protein balls, if it's not broke, don't fix it :P I had not made them in a while but I'm glad I did...your posts made me think of them again...My day yesterday was really off, I was not hungry at all, so it made it hard to eat..then last night I ate candy that my daughter had(what was I thinking????) I mean, for goodness sake! I was so absolutely full(I didn't eat dinner until almost 8, then munched blindly on the Dots)...I didn't add them on, since I don't have the box to log it into fitday....However, my calories were low(although that;s no excuse, I could have used better food choices)..Good note though, since being accountable with you guys I've lost 2 pounds!
