Do Right Thursday
What I've done right.... Got up before the babies and did my weight routine...WHOOOHOOO!!! Had 2 scrambled eggs a piece of toast and a 3rd of a peach for breakfast Went to the park with the babies, played and walked a mile Had cottage cheese , tuna and tomatoes for lunch Walked another 2 miles using the "walk away the pounds " WATP program Fixing salmon with a salad for supper Have gotten in 74oz of liquid so far QUIT LURKING!!!! and joined in...thanks for starting this...I needed it!!
