Do Right Thursday

What  I  have  done  right  so  far  today is  I  have  been  out  and  walked  this  morning ...  I  baked some  chicken for   later   . I  sat  down and  planned  what  I  needed  to  get  done today .....  I  am  on  my  4th 32 oz  glkass  of  ice  water ...   I  have  taken  my   vitiamins .... I  plan  to  have  a  good  afternoon  ....  :-)  Piggy  thanks again  for  this  thread  I  came  on  to  see  if  you  had   started  it  again today  :-)  Hugs  of  encouragement  to  all  who post  and  the  lurkers  ,  Tami

- Made a food plan for the day and am sticking with it. - Went to the gym at lunch and did 50 minutes on the elliptical trainer. - Have drank 32 oz. water and 16 oz. of Propel w/ Calcium and it's only 2:50 p.m. - Did not get upset when I realized the scale has gone up 5 pounds in 5 days -> Aunt Flo is coming and she always causes me to gain 3-5 pounds that I lost promptly when my period is over.   - I emptied the dish drainer before I left the house this morning. Thanks for keeping these threads going; positive reinforcement is a great motivator! Kellie

Glad you chimed in Kellie. Sounds like you are having a super day. Sorry about "aunt flo" causing water-weight gain. The Good thing about that  is that you REALIZE what it is and know that "this too shall pass"!!  Especially proud of your water drinking!!    Hugs,  Piggy

What I've done right.... Got up before the babies and did my weight routine...WHOOOHOOO!!! Had  2 scrambled eggs a piece of toast and a 3rd of a peach for breakfast  Went to the park with the babies, played and walked a mile Had cottage cheese , tuna and tomatoes for lunch Walked another 2 miles using the "walk away the pounds " WATP program Fixing salmon with a salad for supper Have gotten in 74oz of liquid so far QUIT LURKING!!!! and joined in...thanks for starting this...I needed it!! I love this "Do Right" Post.  It is so encouraging and fun: I drank a protein drink for breakfast and got to work on time. I assisted a staff member in something that needed to be done. I ate fruit today and drank a lot of water.   I ate some crackers, but I ate the correct amount for a serving.............So far a pretty good day !

I can do all things thru Christ who strengthens me.

So glad you are joining us Darlene. I think the more people that participate the more encouraging it is. I'm getting some GREAT ideas from everyone. And a correct amount of serving on the crackers...WoooooooooooHOOOOOoo. Great job girly!!!           Hugs,    Piggy

hi piggy, just letting you know i am still doing great. i'm not weighing myself till tues. that will be a week. today is day 3 on my timeout. yesterday i did eat a cucumber.thats the only food i had in 3 days. anita

Hi everyone Hope everyone had a great day.  I only had two small blueberry panckakes with SF syrup. I only had  1 and 1/2 small  pieces of pizza at my mom's get together. I had one small 2x2 piece of blueberry cake she made.                                 I refused to take any leftovers home with me. My calorie totals were within my normal range. I had adequate water to drink today. Sher
