PMSing so I am craving carbs !!   BRK: Nectar Protein Shake  (90 cal, 0 fat,  0  carbs, 23 protein) LUN: 1.5 slices wheat bread (97 cal, 2 fat,  18 carbs,  3 protein)             1 slice of cheese         (12 cal , 9 fat, 1carb,  7 protein)             1 pat of butter                (36 cal, 4 fat,  0 carb, 0 protein) DNR: Garlic Chicken with 2 bites of rice (359 cal, 18 fat, 24 carb, 23 protein) SNK: 1 c popcorn and  (73 cal,  5 fat,  7 carb, 1 protein)           1 slice of cheese (112 cal, 9 fat, 1 carb,  7 protein) Total Calories 878 too low Total Fat 47 too high Total Carbs 50 too high Total Protein 64 too low There's always tomorrow!!!!!!

i did alright until they delivered the pat and oscars to the board meeting.... my co workers stole all the chicken... b: slim fast low carb vanilla creme shake 180 calories 2 carbs 20 grams protein  l: 1/2 turkey and swiss cheese sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes s: 1 breadsticks from pat & oscar's (2.5oz)  240 calories 39 carbs  6 protein w/ 3 oz ceasar salad 330 calories 16 carbs 6 grams of protein s: pop corn (yeah i know, not upossed to eat it) better than a bag of chips the whole bag is only about 2 oz and 135 calories total, shared w/ the kids d: 1/2 turkey and swiss cheese sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes

Well still not a bad day. calories are in a good spot.. protein could be higher.. tomorrow is another day.. see how those blueberries are showing up. lol.. see you tomorrow
