i did alright until they delivered the pat and oscars to the board meeting.... my co workers stole all the chicken...

s: pop corn (yeah i know, not upossed to eat it) better than a bag of chips the whole bag is only about 2 oz and 135 calories total, shared w/ the kids
d: 1/2 turkey and swiss cheese sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes
My ship went off course, just a little. Went to family gathering at my moms. Indulged in some foods I don't ususally have. Also made blueberry pankes for DH and of course I couldn't resist
