If we can't laugh at ourselves we are in BIG trouble. Actually, my eating was not that bad. I just HATE that whole "discipline" thing of writing it all down. I know that Fitday makes it easy...
My bigger issue most days is lack of exercise. BUT, I did borrow two work-out videos from the library last night and I'm going to try that. No guarantees, but maybe... Thanks for writing and encouraging me!! Hugs, Piggy
Well, I was sooooooo motivated that I went out at noon and walked for about 15 minutes. I went to the Post Office and took the "extra" long way around. I also sat on a bench by a fountain and enjoyed the sights and sounds. The book I am reading says that it is important to "nurture" oufselves in non-food ways. Seems to have worked because I am not wanting to eat anything right now. I am also planning on working out with one of my borrowed dvd's tonite when I get home from work . My day was freakishly crazy yesterday so I just didn't eat very much. I don't know what my problem is! I'm the person that normally loves to eat ... I think that time is just getting away from me this week and my schedule is all messed up. Here goes:
B-- 1 slice whole wheat toast, string cheese
L-- bacon wrapped chicken, strawberries
S-- part of a cake donut (eeks!)
D-- 1 home made taco with ground turkey, cheese, low fat sour cream; couple bites of Spanish Rice
Calories: 849 Carbs: 62 Protein: 48
Exercise:
I went to the gym and did kick-boxing and the instructor did a couple extra routines so I was beat! Sweated like a pig too!

wow Deanna... that is way low in all areas for you. and to do the kick boxing too.. get it up girl.. dont want you getting sick on me now.. I had to add to mine yesterday just to get it up so I know how it can be. Make some protein balls or get some protein bars so on days like this you can get it all in. see ya tomorrow..

Plus I drank 65 oz water, 16 oz half decaf coffee, 16 oz decaf diet green tea, 12 oz decaf Diet Coke, 12 oz unsweet tea at O'Charley's, 16 oz sf ff hot cocoa w/ff RW and I walked w/hubby at the mall for 45 min. (which is 3 m.) and did 30 minutes of weights and ABC.
Total calories - 1590
fat g - 43; carbs g - 200; prot. g - 110
