Accountability... what did you eat Wednesday

well hump day is here how did we do. I have been crazy busy at work so have to plan well to eat right.. so far it's been a good week of planning and I am landing about where I want to each day..

So here it goes...

B- Protein shake

S- protein bar

L- cobb salad lunch size (went to resturant with co-workers) low fat italian dressing and I couldnt eat it all of course.

S-fruit

D- cheesy brocolli and chicken.. yumm.. i just love it

S- protein balls... yes.. i did not have ice cream...


totals calories....1,175, carbs.... 77, fat.... 48, protein... 115

drank 80 oz of fluid...

Not to bad for as busy as I was... have a good day and I will see you all tommorrow...

absolutely. The ships are all heading in the right direction. I'm so happy to see everyone up and taking charge so early in the day. you did very well on protein.. actually everything looks great.. low carbs.. low fat.. way to go.. keep up the good work.

Well I got my calories back up today !!!   but...............  WAY too many carbs!!!  Matzos  UGH, need to steer my ship in another direction today!!  B - oatmeal s - protein drink L - turkey wrap s - cottage cheese & appleasauce d - turkey pepperoni, cheese, and ritz crackers s - more oatmeal (hense an extra 24 carbs) Totals:  Calories: 1307   Fat: 48 Carbs: 112 Protein: 99 Other then that I'm enjoying the 105 degree weather, working hard on my tan.  Tanny heeeeheeee  Have a great day ya'll

yes it has been hot here in cali as well.. cant keep the kids out of the pool, but its a good thing. I dont want them laying around watching tv or playing games all day.

your numbers look great even with the oatmeal. Ive been thinking of adding that back into my reguime cause the protien shake doesnt seem to hold me long enough anymore.

Nice protein stat too.. keep up the good work. see ya tomorrow

Not too bad a day.  Started out lovely.  Another fight with DH during dinner and I did snack my way right up to the top of my point range.  *sigh*  At least I didn't blow it and binge I suppose.

FF Yogurt & Bran Buds I did drink plenty of water and got in just over 100 gr protein.  Today I weighed in and I already lost 7 of the 12 lbs I gained during my out of body experience! :)  I know that was mostly water and it will probably take several weeks to get the other 5 off.  So not worth it.   Hope everyone else is having a great day.  I'm in a funk personally.

that is so great to hear... you are doing a wonderful job getting back after your little vacation away. Keep up the good work.

I see your choice in the evening.. not to bad but nothing that was gonna hold you long either. you still did really good. be proud of yourself that you still had control of the ship even during a stressful time.
