5 year Aniversary TODAY

What a long time its been since I was 300+ lbs.  I was thinking the other day how blessed I am and how lucky Ive been to have had this surgery.  5 years ago, I was MISERABLE and I was FAT!  I wonder how heavy I'd be today if I hadnt had the Gastric Bypass?  Im guessing close to 400lbs.  But, instead, Im a healthy, gorgeous, outgoing and FIT 36yo fabulous woman! Im having lunch tomorrow with Janice, my hospital roomate.  I love you Dr Leitman......

Heather, I remember reading LOTS and LOTS of your posts right before and after I had surgery.....They helped believe me! Congratulations on 5 years - I celebrate 4 in a couple of months.
