Okay,    It's time for  "What have you done right today?" I'm having a bit of a hard time thinking of something. I've not done anything "wrong", but for some reason I can't come up with anything really right , either. I think that I've not done much of anything and that is my problem!!! I did actually think of something. I got dressed before coming to work this morning. That is a TRUE act of mercy on behalf of my co-workers!!!     :o)

good morn... well, i'm a lil late on starting my slim fast protein drink, but i'm almost done. the doctors are having a board meeting today and they ordered pat and oscars, i'm starting early telling myself "no breadsticks, no breadsticks" i think that something right, what do you think?????  they are my favorite sticks =(

I've never heard of Pat and Oscars, but I think that if you just have two bites of a breadstick like you did yesterday that you will be fine. Just remember that those first two bites are always the best!!! Let us know what happens...        Hugs, Piggy

Hurrah!! That is FABULOUS! I am soooooo proud of you. Maybe you will inspire me. My "workout" buddy went out of town for a week and then she's been having medical tests this week, so we have not been working out like we should. I'm also at work by myself today, so don't know if I'll be able to escape for a walk to the post office or not. I know those are not very good excuses, but they are the best I can do for now!!! Hit the gym for 1 hour early morning Met with my personal trainer who worked my butt off! Got in 70 ozs water Had my protein shake Eating healthy thus far, although pizza is calling my name for dinner!!!! Help!

You are doing GREAT Donna. I'll bet you really WON't have a butt when your trainer is through with you.  Sounds like a good thing. I can see you eating Pizza for supper. Start out with a large salad with lots of veggies and then eat 1 slice of pizza.  Or even just a few bites of one slice if you can hold it after eating salad. That shouldn't damage you too badly!!  The "experts" say that if you deprive yourself of all the things you want, you will only end up bingeing. I find it easier sometimes to eat just a bite or two than have nothing at all. Of course, it depends on what it is. Some things will only TRIGGER a binge if I eat a bite or two!! We are SOOOOOO complicated!!!! LOL Hugs to you,   Piggy
