You are so silly. glad to see you back. What is up with that protein... think shake, balls, bar.. something.. you know u need more than that in for the day... now go get some food in you. I see the cake.. did it mess with you. Well... it will get better... see you tomrrow

Let's just say 2500 calories and leave it at that!   I did so great up and until we went out for a couple glasses of wine and for some reason I can't control the urge to "pick something up" on the way home...last night Jack in the Box taco's...so gross...

You're doing real good!!  I was VERY pleased yesterday - the least calories I've done in a good long while! B - 8 oz nsa lf blueberry yogurt w/2 T ground flax, banana S - AchievONE L - small apple w/1 T pb, sf Jell-O cup, 5 sf Werthers, 1 pack O'Coco's S - AchievONE D - 3 oz salad w/3 T lf TI dressing, 1/2 c ff cottage cheese w/1 T sf jam, sf Jell-O cup w/ff RW, sf fudgie S - 1 oz lf Pringles, 1 large peach, 7 lf cheese cubes Plus I drank 64 oz water, 16 oz half decaf coffee, 16 oz decaf diet green tea, 16 oz decaf Diet Coke, 16 oz ff sf hot cocoa w/ff RW and I treaded for 60 minutes. Total calories - 1409 fat - 37; carbs - 171; protein - 90

Alesia is having some major work things and rl things going on.. she said she needed to step back for a bit and for us to hold down the fort till she returns..

Today does look much better... still could use some more protein just as you said. keep up the good work.. see you tommorrow

I had a much better day today!!!  Whew - I'm eatting everything in sight though, guess my body says it's time to make up for the last few days.  b - oatmeal  l - hot ham, turkey, cheese sandwich - WAY GOOD!!! s - protein drink d - turkey wrap s - cottage cheese w/ applesauce s - popcorn I guess I didn't do quite as well as I thought. I did about 55 - 60 grams of protein, better but not quite as much.  I'll have to go back to logging on fitday, cuz I do much better when i SEE it everyday!!!!  Hey - Where's Alysia anyway???

Carla, I have always been an icecream junky, I know how hard it is to stay away from. I don't keep any in the house, but do treat myself every once in a while. That is the only way I won't go hog wild, since I have a hard time with portion control.

thats the problem... my scoops seem to be getting bigger so I must stop...lol... yeah... chocolate ice cream is a tough one for me.. but i have always figured it into my calories... just think I am getting a little to crazy with it.
