Do right Tuesday
Ok friends,
What have you done right so far today?
I have already walked to the post office and back in the 101 degree heat.
I had some lite yogurt for a snack and am working on my 20 oz. of water for the morning. I will then have 20 more oz. this afternoon and TRY to get in 20 tonite.
I have not killed anyone in my workplace yet!!!

I LOVE this idea!
and I have already ordered both books from the site in your previous post. I need help with all this!
I had eggs for breakfast and resisted the biscuit.
I had a protien shake instead of visiting the vnding machine for my snack.
I kept my personal trainer appointment, even though I wanted to cancel it. ( I ran out of vitamins and had not had a chance to restock. 1 week without my vitamins and I've had NO ENERGY!) I was able to do everything he asked of me.
I remembered to take my vitamins.
I gave away the cookie & chips in my boxed lunch (froma lunch meeting) without even checking to see what kind they were first. LOL!
I made a date with my hubby & daughter to walk/ jog at the track after dinner and discuss our days.

it was good, they had chicken w/ pasta and mushrooms w/ garlic. i asked for 1/2 of the normal noodles and extra chicken. it also came with a breadstick... yumm
well, i ended up eating about 15-20 bites and i was done, mainly the chicken and mushrooms (i ate about 5 noodles). i kinda resisted the breadstick... i took a bite..... bad gina!, but if it was me two weeks ago, i would have ate the whole darn thing. i am so proud! =)
